Good location near Metro Station, staff are friendly and helpful, nice view with variety of breakfast , highly recommended this hotel .

The rooms are very old for the price it’s not very good besides some staff are very nice. Very helpful rooms need updating a lot

I WILL NOT CALL THIS PLACE FIVE STARS…..This stay was nothing short of a nightmare , the hotel is under some huge renovations so getting around isn’t so straightforward. Front office staff very unhelpful and unprofessional, the room was just horrible never would I class this hotel 5 star, I don’t know where to start.. CHAOS… the bed mattress was has hard as lying on bare spring and sunk down when you got in, the pillows like stone , the robe was torn and ripped no slippers I had to ask for towels , very run down , many electrics seemed concerning for a hotel classing itself amongst the finest. It’s truly smelled mouldy and disgusting like it needed good ventilation, I totally couldn’t wait to leave , worst experience ever, I wouldn’t recommend for a woman travelling alone on business, and wanting to stay their ..No.. the steam room itself was dated and disgusting smelled terrible the shower well not the best , old, and the water pressure not good at all, I rinsed my hair with bottled water. The rooms are all dated and the entire hotel a mess , if you don’t want to feel discomfort STAY AWAY… I checked out, when to the Four Points Sheraton (same road ) great hotel good amenities , everything you need.. what an experience …

Everything is just excellent ..only problem is breakfast because of crowded and sometimes NO seats available, clearing table is bit late .. overall recommended ..

The location is great which is near the metro station, the Museum of the Future and the World Trade Centre. The room is comfortable but a little dated, the staff members were friendly and considerate.

The room is spacious and the hospitality of the staffs are amazing. The hotel is located between 2 metro stations within a walkable distance and many eateries are near by. Ideal location in downtown Dubai. Highly Recommended.
