The room was spacious and clean. The bed was on the hard side n oillows very thin/soft. Just dont like the idea of shower in the tub, i requested for a walkin shower but didnt get it. This hotel is attached to the mall so its easy to shop n eat.theres carrefour too😁

The location is very convenient, close to Union Metro station the interchange with Green and Red line , close to the Airport it's located at the heart of a big mall.

The location was good, once you call Receiption the lady was very nice , the two terrible things was Checking in time they keep me about 30 minutes for nothing, and other bad thing is their breakfast the people in that was horrible, because i had 3 days breakfast just attend 2nd day 1st and i ahd bad experience and 3th day I don’t go there to waste my time.

On top of elegantly claded Alghurair Centre Next to the Union Metro 🚇 So convenient So nice

Truly disappointed with Swissotel Dubai al ghurair. We never want to stay here if they paid us to stay!! Fundamental hospitality and humanity missing from this Hotel staff. The mind wonders if the staff are so oppressed, overworked, stressed that they have to smap at the very guests who are paying their wages. The G.M. is to blame! Your house is filthy, dirty, and your staff rude/obnoxious. How Swissotel allow you to hang their name on your building is a mystery! G.M. sort your dirty house and start with base level hospitality please. Forget the star system and simply start at the bottom. You have much work to do. This is a mass tourist hotel, how you get 5 stars and from where is a wonder. Come here if you wish to be mistreated, animals are treated better at zoos!! No basic hospitality at any levels So very sad!!

I was very happy with the gym and spa, and the service staff were very friendly. However, I felt my room was old and had a stuffy smell, like it had not been aired out or cleaned properly.

Clean and big rooms. Accessible to the mall, restaurants, groceries, bus and train stations.

Had no time to change hotel, so I had to stay same at the room Opinion still the same It’s a 3 stars hotel

Very clean and nice staffs are working there, it’s in the shopping center and easy to get food and stuff

My expectations and My experience was totally different And the the time i rebooked was the time was expectations too high but it wasn’t

It’s a nice property and very nice location middle of the city lot of restaurants at walking distance . It has nice pool and nice gym . It’s now over one year I have stayed here many times . We are happy here .

Everything is good and worth every penny to stay here. The only upset was the luggage storage service, that I need to leave a luggage in the hotel for 2 days, but the policy might not allow to.

I love staying at this hotel! It’s so convenient for anyone why wants to do gold shopping or shopping for dresses and other things. The fact that this hotel is basically attached to a mall is also another plus for food and just general shopping. I’ve stayed here a few times and the rooms are very spacious. Can’t wait to go again.
