Holiday Inn Express Dubai Airport, an IHG Hotel anmeldelser

Decent hotel, very near airport. Has all the basics covered. Shower a bit slow with no water pressure. Breakfast is basic but covers what you need.

Not 5star hotel as I imagine it to be. All essential stuff like shampoo/soap are not provided by the hotel. Room service are very slow. We dont have pic for the room. Hope the hotel will improve their service to be a real 5star hotel

Provided shuttle service from and to airport. Okay for a short stay. Room is not clean. Poor shower water splashed out all over.Couldnt get in the room as my room key not worked.

Pre notice were given to hotel for late check in due to my flight schedule , however , I was told to wait rooms due to clean room available at midnight 2am...I need to wait more than 30 mins to get my room. When I get into room, I noticed alot of "fry" in my room disturb my sleep, since aldy midnight and exhausted plus I need to out in early morning for my works...I didn't bother to change room since I don't think they have rooms available. I also notice , the fry also appear in lift lobby and my floor corridor.... It's so disappointing this stay . When I check out , I told this to reception staff , they gave me responses was not care about it .

Lack of amenities bu everything else was good. Probably the best breakfast spread I ever had during my trip. Recommended!

It was clean and comfy, the place is such a help they have frees huttle to hotel and to airport good breakfast provided but no toothbrush, no slipper, no comb.. near to the airport

The hotel is nearby the airport and it has free shuttle to/from the airport for every 30 minutes. The room was big and comfortable. Love the breakfast buffet as it has variety of selection to eat. The metro is around 5 to 10 minutes walk for you to explore Dubai.

The hotel provides bus shuttle from airport, but you have to walk from airport to the bus shuttle stand with your luggage. Secondly, the toilet water pressure was so slow that really spoil your day. Just imagine you’ve been in the flight for hours, the first thing you need in the hotel is toilet & shower. How disappointed when the water pressure so slow.

I have stayed just one night during my long connecting in Dubai. Hotel is nice for overnight, they have free shuttle bus to airport, room is big enough, comfortable, shower with hot water, breakfast also good. So, good hotel if you need to rest during long connection 👍🏼

nice location, there wasn't sandals in the room, so you have to use bath with your dirty shoes. Great Breakfast!

Breakfast is good. Enough rooms with schedule shuttle. Better clearly states there are 2 terminals. To terminal 3 (arrival) and then terminal 1 (arrival).
