Once they figured out that they have a Diamond VIP Trip member, was scooped up to the Elite VIP Desk where you will be warmly greeted by the Customer Relations Manager Dasha, the check in was pleasant...she gave me the keys for a nice room as expected from Sheraton...Lots of Amenities and a Free Minibar that was not consumed so no review for the drinks and exotic nuts, but they had fancy labels...Its a nice touch anyways...More Hotels should adapt this generous strategy so they secure a place in the future of Luxury Hotels... Highly Recommended

Booked Sheraton Grand Dubai through Trip, included a note to inform them it is a honeymoon trip. When arrived at the front desk, 1. room was not ready, had to wait about an hour for them to process 2. nothing was prepared in the room even when they knew we were newly weds 3. the tv was old, no Netflix no Disney+, nothing 4. location wise it’s the very first hotel at Sheikh Zayed Road so be prepared to be facing some traffic when you get into your taxi

Because of Covid haven't been Dubai more than 3 years, and this time we choose stay at Sheaton because we are Marriott Bonvoy golden member Wow, I appreciate this trip and stay at Sheraton for total 4 nights Front Desk office supervisor Nargiza is great and so friendly, she arranged nice rooms and also very nice cake and gift for my birthday, Elian / Prashant / Marcian help us a lot and highly appreciate, Concierge Shizan / Ishar did great job help us know more about tour of Dubai and luggage 6th floor restaurant Sweety very nice smile Amazing trip and stay with Sheraton and such nice team Thank you

The only thing is that your hotel tagged by hundreds *********** and I found it extremely embarrassing. Also walls are too thin and not comfortable to hear how someone having sex at night and day. The rest things are ok

Good for business trips, comfy, spacious, hygienic. Close to CBD. Got all the basic stuff.

The room is very spacious considering the price. They also have free shuttle to the Deira city center. museum of the future is about 20 min walk from the hotel. You probably need to fetch a cab for the other attractions.

The facilities and services were excerpt and staff very cooperative. While there was a glitch at checkin both Sheraton staff and Trip.com handled at very well.

We stayed during Christmas time for 5 days and we had a great time. I am a gold elite member of Marriot hotels and still got a better deal in trip.com. The location of the hotel is strategic and services are exceptional in this hotel. The photos are not from the hotel but from dubai attractions
