Beach Walk Boutique Hotel anmeldelser

I live in Abu Dhabi and stay in Dubai about 2 weekends per month. I prefer simple places in this part of town and was hoping to like this hotel. The location is great and, on the surface, the hotel seems fine. There are not a lot of amenities and it is loud, but you should expect that in this part of town. What ruined things for me was that I was put in a room with faulty electric outlets, which was incredibly frustrating. As soon as I would plug in my mobile or iPad charger, the fuses would blow. Employees observed this themselves but nothing was done to rectify the problem. Electricians and hotel employees would be sent to my room, but the problem was never resolved. My second day here, I was out all day. I was told they would work on the issue, but came back to find nothing was done. When I called the front desk, I would be told that someone would come up in 10 minutes. Thirty minutes later, I have to call downstairs again, just to be told it would be another 10 minutes. I spent hours dealing with this issue. What was supposed to be a relaxing weekend turned into endless calls to reception. I won’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
