I had a very disappointing experience at Barcelo Residences Dubai Marina. Reason 1: Misleading room description I booked a deluxe one-bedroom apartment for 4 nights based on the promise of "luxurious environments with stunning views of the sea or Dubai Marina," as advertised. However, I was placed on the 3rd floor with no views whatsoever. I requested a change to a higher floor several times, even offering to pay extra, but my requests were completely disregarded by the staff. Reason 2: Pest control during the stay To make matters worse, the hotel initiated pest control treatment during my stay. While they informed me the day before, there was no prior notice about this plan at the time of booking. Had I known, I would have chosen another hotel, as I was traveling with a 3-year-old child and did not want to take unnecessary risks. Additionally, I encountered a cockroach in the room, which further aggravated the situation. Their assurance that my room would be excluded from treatment felt unconvincing, leaving me uncomfortable and concerned about my family’s safety. Reason 3: Unreasonable handling of early departure Given the circumstances, I decided to leave after 2 nights, but the hotel refused to refund me for the remaining nights, providing no valid justification for withholding my payment. This stay failed to meet expectations in every way, and I cannot recommend this property.

Bedroom and living room are good. Bathroom and kitchen is old, definitely need renovation. Place is in a good location but nothing is within a walking distance, I guess this is probably just Dubai but the public transport is a fair walk.  Overall I am happy with the stay

The hotel is amazing.. stuff , room are clean , supermarkets comes fast , food , The gym and the Pool is good besides that the balcony is huge … from all the hotels I booked in UAE this is the best 🗣❤️

The residential hotel was in a good location at marina bay. The staff was very kind and upgraded our room. The room is spacious, bed was good. The only thing is that the room kinda smell bad when you first enter. Sofa was bit old.

Nice location. Few mins walk to the JBR. It is good for family travel.

Отличные аппарты! Было все что нужно для комфортного проживания, есть тостер, кофе машина, каждый день приносили капсулы, две бутылки питьевой воды, ежедневная уборка! До пляжа 10 мин пешком! Рядом набережная с кучей ресторанов и кафе. Огромная кровать, мы спали вместе с ребенком места очень много! Есть бассейн, но до него мы так и не дошли, все время были на море ) Из небольших минусов это отсутствие тапочек и для тех кто летит из России обязательно берите переходники на розетку.

Хорошие, просторные аппаратаменты. Отличное месторасположение, нам было очень удобно. Приятный и обходительный персонал. Из минусов: 1. Запах канализации из одного из туалетов, приходилось его все время держать закрытым. 2. Уборка первые дни была утром, что удобно, когда нас не было, последние дни приходили с 17-18, когда мы отдыхали в номере. 3. Не очень удобные подушки.

Бассейн маленький, спорт зал маленький. Не Было салфеток в спортзале. Зубная счетка не всегда.

Отличные апартаменты в престижном районе Дубай-Марина. На тот момент это был один из самых дешевых вариантов размещения в районе, но все понравилось. Рядом пляж и метро. Обязательно вернемся сюда!

Апартаменты отличные. 2 спальни, 3 санузла, большая гостиная и кухня, 2 огромных лоджии. Оборудование все отличное и прекрасно работает. Персонал стремится помочь по всем вопросам. Единственный минус - вокруг много строек, но стеклопакеты отличные - спали без проблем.
