Check in was quick and easy. Our room was beautifully decorated and equipped with all the comforts of home. We were welcomed with delicious lemon drizzled cake, chocolate and a range of tea bags, coffee and hot chocolate. Both our hosts are so warm and friendly. We had wanted to have our takeaway dinner in the village green to enjoy the spring air but it was drizzling. Our hosts kindly provided cutlery for us to have our food in their dining area. Breakfast the next morning was delicious. I definitely recommend this place which is conveniently located near the Loch Ness Hub & Travel centre, gift shops and restaurants.

Our stay at this charming Bed and Breakfast exceeded every expectation. The location is absolutely stunning — a short walk/drive to Loch Ness, offering breathtaking views. Our hosts were warm, welcoming, and offered great local recommendations. The rooms were spotless and beautifully maintained. You can tell they take great pride in cleanliness, everything was comfortable, which allowed us to relax completely after a day of exploring. And breakfast was a great. We were treated to a delicious spread of homemade options. Can't recommend this B&B highly enough.

Julie and Chris are very nice and warm hosts. The rooms are modernized in new country style. Very comfortable beds, everything super clean. The breakfast was excellent, freshly prepared with a good selection of cereals, fruits, yogurt, etc. The guesthouse has a great location at Loch Ness for excursions. In the bathroom more counter space and a mixing faucet would be good.

This Bed and Breskfast was in a great location, a beautiful village. The facilities were perfect, with lovely touches, cake on arrival, chocolate on pillows, the hosts were friendly and so helpful. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of choice. We would definitely return if we visit Scotland again.

This was a beautiful B & B; I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. The owners treat the whole place like their home and have lots of lovely touches. Our room was so clean and comfortable with a great bed. Lovely shower room too. The location is great, set off the village green and quiet at night. Beautiful breakfast on offer too!

Very friendly hosts. Rooms were really nice with Harris tweed Nessie waiting for us on our beds haha. The twin Room was very spacious and the bedding was super comfortable,the Television was a good size as well A kettle was provided for a selection of teas and coffee as well as a Espresso machine with Pods if you needed that extra kick in the morning. The bathroom was spacious as well. We were recommended to try the food truck that was parked next door for dinner. This was a really nice meal and we would recommended that you try it.(pic of menu attached) The breakfast was really nice and filled us up for the rest of the day. There was lots of options for breakfast along with Cereal and Fruit. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this BnB.

Arriving from a 24km walk just as the drizzle was descending, I realised I had a 15-minute walk to get to my dinner booking. These wonderful hosts leant me their e-bike to save my feet and get me their quickly. Now that's service! A fine old Scottish house set on the village green, this b&b is hosted by a lovely couple who make you feel most welcome. My room was clean, comfortable and quiet. And the breakfast was a treat. They're used to hosting walkers so have lots of advice for eateries etc and work in conjunction with the very excellent Loch Ness Hub across the road who do luggage and people transportation along the Great Glen Way. A lovely relaxing stay and thoroughly recommended.

My husband and i spent 3 nights at Morlea as part of our Scotland tour. It was located near Loch Ness which was included in our plans. Our room was gorgeous, very clean and beautifully presented as was the whole place. Julie and hubby were fantastic hosts, warm and friendly. There was a tin in our room with two slices of homemade Lemon Drizzle cake and a recipe printed out. It was such s nice touch and made the stay home felt and cozy. The room had a lovely en suite bathroom with shower and there were many extra toiletries provided. Breakfast was a mixture of continental and cooked (traditional) and was lovely. Morlea B & B is in a lovely location with a green at the front with picnic tables for use. There is a tea shop, pub and gift shops all located by the green. Thank you to the hosts for making is feel so welcome.

Julie and Chris were so welcoming! They made us feel at home! The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was very good. Chris makes the best scrambled eggs! I was so touched that when we reported a car issue he volunteered to come and look at the car! He fixed the problem and it never reoccured. Now thats service! Thank you both for your kindness and hospitality
