Beach Hotel

I had a terrible experience about prices and water. Apparently they try to save money on Ukrainians and give very small tiny dinners for half board. Almost no vegetables at all. Just cucumbers or salad leaves for example. I wanted to take a tea it appeared that it was 6 euro. They even try to limit how much water you take. That's crazy!!! Also the staff was lost on first day and our rooms were never swept. The location and design make the most pleasure. The staff when asked questions doesn't know many things. Nobody helped us (women and kids) carry heavy baggage up in the heat of 37 degrees 50 stairs. I will not come back here because of the staff, attitude and prices. The food is really average. Potatoes, usual meat and very few vegetables.

Everything was great. One of the best beaches I ever been.The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and the towels are changed every day, the food is delicious and the breakfast is rich. I can't wait for next summer here.

After many years of visiting Drasnice and staying in private accommodations we have decided to book hotel this time. When we first arrived, we have been threatened by hotel neighbor that he is going to slash our tires if we leave the car on the marked parking spot by the hotel fence. Wife went inside to ask where we can park but reception was closed and there was no hotel employees to be found. I waited in the car for one hour until we found receptionist. She sent me to another location (10 minutes walk) to park the car becouse "all" the parking spots by the hotel were taken. On my way back I noticed that she was helping other guests(who checked in after us) park In front of hotel on the places that weren't even marked as parking. When I asked why couldn't I park on those spots she said that those were taken. All points that some guests have a special treatment. I requested to speak to manager but he was unavailable for the moment. The tone she had was wery unprofessional and nonchalant. Many hours later I got to talk to the manager who immediately took sides with receptionist and couldn't care less about my complaints. He didn't even care when I pointed to the mail conversation we had and that he clearly said that there was free parking available by the hotel, not 700m uphill. I am sincerely concerned about my car safety during this vacation. Drasnice is the most beautiful place on Croatian coast, small, quiet and perfect vacation destination for families with children who truly want to enjoy sun and beautiful beaches. To all of you who want that kind of vacation we strongly recommend this piece of haven but we also recommend to stay away from this hotel.

Schöne Lage direkt am Meer. Kostenfreie Liegen und Sonnenschirme am kleinen, sauberen Strandabschnitt. Grosse Auswahl am Morgenbuffet. Terrasse des Restaurantes mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf das Meer und die Bucht. Das Haus selber bedarf noch mehr Pflege, z.B. schöne Loungeterrasse ist nicht gereinigt, alte Möbel. Schade. Zimmer zweckmässig. Einige Zimmer sind nur über längere Treppe erreichbar. Küche und Bad sauber. Kristina von der Reception ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit, sogar in ihrer Mittagspause. Vergessene Gegenstände werden problemlos nachgesendet. Kommunikation über Email reibungslos.
