Unfortunately due to a serious problem with the staff of hotel I am forced to give a very negative review for this hotel, even though the location and comfort were OK. 1. When I booked a hotel I was information that breakfast is included in the price. When we arrived the hotel staff informed that due to Covid 19 the hotel does not serve the breakfast. This surprised us because the bars and restaurants around are working normally. But Ok. Nevertheless why then did they charge us the full price for the stay + breakfast? 2. The second issue is more serious. During check-in they took (in the reception) a deposit of 50$ (without any receipt) from us and informed that it will be returned the next day upon check-out. The next day we checked-out early in the morning and the lady on reception informed that she has no 50$ in cash and that they will return us money via the Visa card we had made the payment for the stay. I agreed because I believed that people are keeping their promises. Unfortunately to this today (18 days) the hotel has not returned our deposit, without any explanation why. I sent 3 emails (via ***********) to the hotel asking them to clarify the situation but I did not receive any answer! They just ignore us. I have been booking hotels via *********** for many years and such a situation never happened before at any other hotel in the world. I decided to cancel my next stay at this hotel (already booked) because of this situation. All of this is the reason why I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you decide to stay in it ask a refund of your deposit immediately upon check-out.
