I am delighted to write an enthusiastic review for this hotel! Their front desk service and hotel environment have truly impressed me. Firstly, the front desk service at this hotel is incredible. The staff always greet guests with a smile and are extremely friendly. They pay great attention to guests' needs and go above and beyond to provide the best assistance and advice. Whether it's check-in or inquiries about local attractions, they are always patient and attentive. Their professionalism and warm service make me feel right at home. Secondly, the hotel environment is simply stunning. The lobby is spacious, bright, and exquisitely decorated, creating an atmosphere of elegance. The rooms are beautifully furnished, cozy, and the beddings are clean and comfortable, making guests feel completely at ease. The cleanliness throughout the hotel, both in public areas and the rooms, is maintained to a high standard. Additionally, the hotel offers a wide range of facilities and services, enhancing the overall experience. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and delicious, catering to different tastes. came to be close to the border, this hotel is a few minutes walk away. hotel is easy to find. it got the job done.

南寧過來玩，本計劃定華美達沒有合適的房間就看到麓楓因為是連鎖還是想到可以，評價也不錯於是花了三百多定的，去到現場房間還沒出來，前台小姐姐給我升級了行政房，整體房間還是比較大，看城市風景還是不錯，位置也比較好就在國門景區門口.但個人感覺和其他地方的麓楓酒店比起來還是要老舊一點，可能是邊境原因吧，這個酒店聽説是除了華美達他就是最好的了，早餐也比較大眾化主要方便不用出門吃.

設施：配套還是比較完善的，有免費的洗衣房停車也方便 衞生：衞生還需加強一下，很多細節地方都沒有打掃到位 環境：5樓有個KTV，住矮一點的樓層還是有點吵的，但是離國門很近出行很方便

酒店位置在國門風景區路口，吃喝玩樂都很方便，最重要的是免費停車不用辛苦找車位。 房間寬敞光亮也乾淨，東西都很齊全，空調很涼快，電視也能看很多不同的動畫片，超級適合親子出行。可以透過玻璃看到中越友誼公園還有東興的城景，洗澡的時候還有輕音樂聽，真的很驚喜！！！ 建議入住購買有早餐的選項，早餐的品種豐富味道也不錯，也很新鮮。 最重要的是，酒店工作人員服務態度都好，很有耐心也很願意幫忙。退房的時候太着急把手機拉在房間，打了很多次電話給酒店前台小姐姐都很耐心的答覆，並且幫忙催促阿姨幫忙儘快查看，最後找到了，還主動幫我寄快遞回來，萬分感謝😭！！所以想在這裏特別表揚和感謝今天上班的前台工作人員小王小沈小郭小黃還有幫我找到手機的阿姨❤️！！！辛苦你們了！！！再次謝謝！！！下次還去東興還住你們這裏，也推薦大家來住！！！

服務還是不錯的，中途燈壞了，10點多也來人處理了～這家酒店位置就是非常nice，下樓就是國門景區大門啦，走到出入境那裡衹要5分鐘左右！晚上去景區街上逛也超級方便～

房間廁所是半透明的 難受帶着小孩一起出遊 寫着個澡真的尷尬 小孩又沒到可以自己一間房的年齡 建議酒店做下一整改 位置靠近國貿市場 買東西也挺方便的 就是衞生我也覺得一般般 可能人多

入住安排在11樓 但是衞生是真的差，住下來看到床單是破的就算了 還是發黴的，就一句給你換了可以嗎😌因為是帶孩子出行 衣服比較多 讓送衣架 被告知説已經12點大姐下班了！早餐的玉米感覺就是用開水燙過一下 生的連鎖店的品質真的是沒有了 關鍵是我離店時和前台反應就一句 已經收到反饋 天啊‼️

這家酒店的服務超級棒，位置位於東興口岸的門口，地處黃金地段。為了讓我們能更好地欣賞風景，酒店還特意免費幫忙升級了房型，可以直接看到東興口岸，對面的越南景色也一覽無餘。

房間衞生乾淨，設施齊全，大堂高檔豪華，停車方便，酒店位置位於東興黃金地段，門口就是國門景區，到口岸過越南相當方便，酒店後面就是東興最旺的商業步行街貴州路，這裏可以一覽中越風情和品嚐越南美食，運氣好的話還可以偶遇越南妹。酒店服務態度好，入住登記時還有美麗的小姐姐送上熱茶，心情暖暖的。

房間乾淨衞生。離東興國門景區非常近，有停車位，過去那邊導航很方便，我們上午11點到那邊，客服很客氣還幫我們升級了房間

酒店就在國門景區路口，位置很方便。前台小姐姐還免費升級房型並贈送了小孩早餐券，十分友好。健身房和洗衣房小而精，洗衣服的時候可以一邊運動一邊等

房間乾淨衞生，前台小黃服務周到，免費幫升級了房型安排高樓層房間，很滿意[強]。我們自駕來的，雖然退房了還是免費幫我們多停了幾個小時，很不錯
