Handing over the keys with Claudio was easy. He is very friendly, flexible and helpful! The house is as seen in the pictures. The price/performance ratio is right.

Beautiful accommodation only the stairs the upper 2/3 without a handrail we found, my wife 76, I 83 as very dangerous. The partition between the 2 apartments should cover the whole wall. We had very noisy neighbors which sometimes made the stay unbearable

The house is very clean, the kitchen is a good size, so that 7 people could also cook well. The rooms and bathrooms are also a nice size. You can walk to the beach, takes about 7 minutes. Except for the roosters that crow in the morning, it is a very quie

The price/performance ratio was right! The semi-detached house which was as described and shown in the pictures. The service was nice and punctual. The mattresses were ok, but quite firm. The location is quiet except for the crowing of various roosters in
