Great Rooms and Great Breakfast. Very Clean rooms and good amenities. Generally Helpful Team of staff. Room Internet was faulty and not working, so Staff had to come up to room and few times to use their personal numbers to key in to be able to connect to Internet. Additionally, all the entire team of staff's knowledge of local Dongguan Top Attractions and Sights are rather depressing. When asked of the were any good places to visit or eat, they all said Dongguan doesn't have much to offer and visit and nothing nice in the place! No Suggestions on where to go. We had to research further on our own and discovered so many interesting tourist places to go. Reception Staff need to be trained to Read Up on the City n places where they are based in order to ADD VALUE to the Hotel Quality and to add value to Hotel Guests making inquiries with them.

Great location. Next to a lot of cool little restaurants. Comfortable.

the location is good. It is nearby a road full of restaurant. But i personally did not like the room that i found a bit small and confined （small windows）. On top of that, the parking is very small, a headache to park.If you have a car, this hotel is the worst choice

適合出差那住，環境很好，早餐豐富。推薦入住，前台可以還能免費幫忙升級房間，隔音好，空調給力，衞生非常可以

地理位置比較優越，房間隔音也還可以，總體房間的空間也不錯，如果有外窗的情況下就更好了，總的來説性價比還是拉滿的，值得推薦

朋友住的都説挺不錯。商務出行方便周邊環境也很方便，坐車吃飯都很方便。經濟又實惠。體驗感不錯。下次繼續入住。

地理位置不錯，周邊餐飲多，步行到西平地鐵站也就5分鐘距離。。 酒店佈局不錯，房間大小適中，還算乾淨，衹是廁所有股下水道的異味，非常濃厚，歷久不息。。 早餐9點就沒啥東西了，也不補充。。。 前台從入住到退房，不同的工作人員，卻都提供暖心的服務，可見管理和培訓都很到位。。

錦江之星還是一貫的服務熱情，房間乾淨整潔。雖然房間較小，但佈局合理，有坐的地方，也有放行李的位置，還提供了優質的早餐。

服務不錯。房間衞生整潔。性價比可以。早餐也不錯。樓下有點吵，晚上。房間比較小，但也挺好設施不錯，建議給顧客增加一次性馬桶套墊。附近很多吃的。
