I was there for some nights and it was the worst experience ever!! Dont book this hotel if you want to have a safe stay!! They are trowing partys in time of a pandemic and you cant get sleep in this rooms during the partys!! I would never book this again!

Me and my friend for 2 room made a last-minute reservation for one night the first don’t have an elevator so we plan to bring our luggage just come with one bag 2. They do not offer. Toothbrush. Neither toothpaste. Lack of efficiency of the staff. No effort to resolve the issue neither to provide accommodation.

Fuimos en pareja en marzo. El hotel es un lugar muy bien mantenido y con una limpieza excelente. La atención de todo el personal es excelente, todos siempre predispuestos a solucionar las inquietudes y solicitudes de los huéspedes (agradecimiento especial a Marta por su amabilidad) El hotel tiene un club de playa en Bayahibe, que previa solicitud te pueden llevar y traer al mismo. También se puede cenar en la playa del club con previa reserva (sólo se paga la consumición) El desayuno es variado y con excelente calidad de la comida Tiene piscina totalmente limpia en la terraza Un punto a tener en cuenta es la distancia con el acceso público a la playa Dominicus, que son aproximadamente 700m. Otro punto a tener en cuenta es que el hotel no dispone de ascensor
