It’s been 2+ years that I’m living in Centro Capital by Rotana in Bin Mahmoud and they are absolutely consistent with their hospitality and level of service, super is the best way to describe as they make it a point to spread joy whenever they see you… noteworthy are Win, Kay, Chefs Vimukthi and his colleagues, F&B Vimukthi, Fahad, Aji Santosh and the team. Not to mention the safety hawk-eyed Malshan and Kevin, Mohamed Zaeem, Faisal, security team and of course housekeeping team who work tireless noteworthy would be Mutia supported by her colleagues. Front desk is always welcoming Achraf, Fatma, Evi, Aya, Laura, Habeeb, Imran and always the perfectionist Anastasiia. During Ramadan, I have my standard Suhoor order which is like clockwork, comes at 3pm, delicious as always panini toasted to perfection! It n the last few days of Ramadan I spoke to F&B Achu, requesting him change it a bit…. He comes up with a brilliant idea to whip up a panini with shawarma chicken and cheese…. Now this is not in the menu … and it was the best I panini I had in years!! Hats off to achu and his creativity… put it on the menu as Achu’s chicken panini!! Amr, thank you for Eid wish .. and Evangeline truly appreciate your support and follow ups.

We enjoyed their breakfast buffet, the selection of food was great and very affordable. I especially liked the chef cooking eggs on the spot. The staff were accommodating and friendly. This was our second visit, and once again, it did not disappoint.

I must say Centro Capital Doha was a fantastic experience! The hotel's team, from the front desk to the restaurant services, housekeeping were all incredibly friendly and helpful especially Lorah God bless you dear. The hotel's location was also convenient, making it easy for to explore the city. One of the standout features of the hotel was its excellent service. The staff were always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that I had a great stay.

My friends and I went to Centro to enjoy the Asian buffet night held every Tuesday. The variety of dishes, from appetizers to desserts, was delightful. I want to express my gratitude to the team, particularly Win, for their hospitality. We will certainly return for another visit.

Great experience..Stayed here for more than a month. All the services were very good . Nabab Ali from house keeping has done a great job. Buffet breakfast is also very good. They have 24*7 services available. The only problem is the light is very low inside the room.

Rotana was a lovely stay i was here long term. The room was always clean when I came back from work. The cleaning team Nawab Ali in particular was very meticulous in cleaning the room, replenishing my room. The hotel is in the heart of bin mahmoud, so everything was on the door step
