We stayed here for 2 nights. The room had all the basic bathroom amenities, which we loved, and the bathtub was great. However, the carpet and chair were full of stains, which made the room seem dirty. If something could be done about it, that would be great. The reception at the time of check-in was unwelcoming; the staff member didn’t respond when we greeted him, didn’t smile, and seemed like he didn’t want to speak. This was particularly disappointing after a long flight, as we arrived around 2 a.m. on July 30th. At checkout, the experience was no different. The staff were busy arguing and not attending to guests around 6 a.m. on the 31st. We had to leave the key at the desk and inform them we were checking out because they weren’t acknowledging any of the guests. The staff need proper training. On a positive note, the pool was clean, and with the heat, it was amazing to spend some time there.
