Overall, my experience was okay, but there were a few areas that could use improvement: The check-in process was smooth, but it lacked energy and warmth. The receptionist seemed disengaged and didn’t smile, which made the experience feel just ordinary. Additionally, I had an issue with the room service. When I called, the staff member was talking to colleagues while I was on the line, which felt quite unprofessional. Upon asking for a menu, I was informed that there was no hard copy or digital menu available, either in the room or on the TV. Even the options listed on the TV were unavailable. The staff offered to verbally list the available items, but unfortunately, the choices were very limited, with only around 5 to 10 items, including biryani. This left me feeling disappointed, especially since I was looking forward to more variety. On the positive side, the room was comfortable, and I especially loved the bathtub. Housekeeping was also quick and efficient, which I appreciated. I hope this feedback will help improve future guest experiences.
