The hotel has a great location, good environment, clean and tidy environment, and nice service from the staff! I especially praise Mr. Mai at the front desk. I am impressed by his professional and considerate service! I will definitely choose W Hotel next time!

The hotel was great, staff were very friendly. Upon arriving the check in was prompt and we received a free welcome drink along with 2 drink vouchers to use within the lounge at the hotel. The room was very spacious, clean and included a variety of amenities. We used the gym on site and it was great, has everything that you will/would want in a gym! We had breakfast upon checkout and it was great, there was a wide variety of choices, very well laid out and tasted great. They even provided me with a yogurt bowl to takeout as we didn’t have much time before our flight. Amazing customer service. Would stay here again and highly recommend.

This was an amazing hotel! The service was so good and they even extended my check out time. The breakfast was incredible and so was room service. I will definitely stay here again when I’m in Doha.

Exceeded Expectations – Great Amenities and Comfort We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel felt modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. What pleasantly surprised us the most was the high-quality set of toiletries — shampoo, conditioner, and body wash from Davines, plus even a facial cleanser from Comfort Zone. It’s rare to see such attention to detail. The staff were professional and welcoming, and overall, the experience felt well above average. Highly recommended!

While my overall stay at the hotel was average—with the front desk and facilities being just okay—I must highlight the exceptional service provided by the staff at **Market**. Specifically, **Devesh and Verena** went above and beyond to deliver amazing hospitality, far exceeding my expectations. Their attentiveness and dedication truly stood out and made a positive impact on my experience.

We arrived at hotel at 7:00am in the morning, we are happy the staff arranged hotel room for us, I really appreciate we could have early check-in. We had a great stay in W Doha hotel for 4 nights, the staff are always hospitable and helpful. We like the breakfast a lot! I would recommend my friends or family to stay in this hotel if they visit Doha.

Amazing! Absolutely stunning, high class setting and rooms. Very professional and friendly staff!

I’ve stayed in a lot of W Hotels and this one is my least favorite. The location is fine, though there isn’t much in the immediate area other than malls. The hotel facilities are limited. The pool is very small with very few sun loungers and the gym is small but sufficient. The hotel claims to have beach access but this is not true. The beach is some distance away and entrance is expensive. The breakfast is fantastic with very helpful waiters. Although, a bill was presented to us at each breakfast despite our breakfast being included in our rate. I think this was more for tips. I’ve never experienced this in any other hotel in the world.
