I’ve stayed in a lot of W Hotels and this one is my least favorite. The location is fine, though there isn’t much in the immediate area other than malls. The hotel facilities are limited. The pool is very small with very few sun loungers and the gym is small but sufficient. The hotel claims to have beach access but this is not true. The beach is some distance away and entrance is expensive. The breakfast is fantastic with very helpful waiters. Although, a bill was presented to us at each breakfast despite our breakfast being included in our rate. I think this was more for tips. I’ve never experienced this in any other hotel in the world.

Hotel location and view is nice. At check in I was told my room type not available and I refused to switch to smaller beds. Somehow the manager found a room. Room service very expensive compared to loca prices in Doha. Housekeeping also is not as good as expected. We were couple and they had not left amenities for one person. Breakfast was perfect with many choices and good service.

The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and I must commend your housekeeping staff for their exceptional work. Furthermore, I cannot praise your reception staff enough for their warm and welcoming attitude. They went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met promptly and efficiently. Their professionalism and genuine interest in providing top-notch service truly made me feel valued as a guest. I must say that my overall experience at W Doha hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The level of service provided by your dedicated team was nothing short of outstanding. It is evident that you have a team of passionate individuals who are committed to creating memorable experiences for your guests. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to everyone at W Doha hotel for making my stay an unforgettable one. Rest assured, I will not hesitate to recommend your hotel to my friends, family, and colleagues who plan to visit your beautiful city. Once again, thank you for providing exceptional service and ensuring that my time at W Doha hotel was truly remarkable. Had a great stay at hotel. Warm n hospitable service by front desk, housekeeping n restaurant staff. Good quality breakfast too. Loved the witty phrases that we spotted ('"whatever", "so vain").

性價比很高的酒店！位於市區，附近有city centre購物中心以及DECC地鐵站，非常方便！工作人員非常友善，每次都會主動問好！房間空間令人滿意，一個人住非常富餘，屋內設施也很新，無異味。酒店的早餐非常美味，可以自助也可以點餐，兩者結合也可以。總之就是非常推薦！
