チェックイン前に荷物を預けに行くと、フロントのお兄さんが気さくに話しかけてくれて、私が日本人と分かると嬉しそうにしてくれました。 立地も、Joan駅から歩いて行ける距離だし、良かったです。 7Fから階段を使ってプールに行くこともできます。

프론트 직원이 아주 친절하고 내부 시설이 좋았습니다. 옥상에 있는 수영장은 멋지며, 헬스장 시설도 매우 만족스럽습니다.

Great value for money. Staffs are friendly and accommodating specially Christine. She is very attentive and hospitable. she see to it that we are ok. Excellent customer service. All our request in live cooking section was served quickly and fresh.

It is one of the hotels I liked staying in the most. + The staff were very friendly and the service was very efficient. The room was very clean and comfortable, with anything you might need for a short or long stay. My parents stayed at this hotel for a week and we were happy with the experience. I booked a twin bed room, which was spacious and perfectly suited for three adults, with large and comfortable beds. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always addressing any requests promptly. A special thanks to the reception team, including Sandali, Mohammed Imran, and Leslie, Upon check-out, I requested a late check-out at 3 PM, and Gayathri kindly approved it without any hesitation, which I truly appreciate. The bellboys, Fazal and Shahzeb, were also very polite and helpful throughout the stay. I would like to give a special mention to the housekeeping staff who maintained our room impeccably; unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name, but his efforts did not go unnoticed. During Qatar National Day, the hotel created a fantastic atmosphere, and their Christmas decorations were lovely and festive, adding a special touch to our stay. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the experience, and if we return, we will definitely choose this hotel again. Thank you to the entire team for making the stay so enjoyable!
