Club Med Djerba La Douce

We are just back from a lovely week at Djerba de La Douce. Highlights were the activities ( sailing, paddle tennis, fitness classes) and the staff, sailing team Chouki, Adem & Olivier. The paddle & tennis GOs were also very friendly as was the GO who was in charge of the outside dining area. The setting in the beach is beautiful, the outside pools are great ( water pretty fresh), and the outside dining area is really lovely. The food was great overall, breakfast excellent, lunch and dinner very good but did get a bit repetitive. We ate one night at the Calypso restaurant which we were a bit disappointed with in terms of the meal though Giovanni was very friendly. The rooms were spacious and good storage, bathrooms quite dated. The spa and indoor pool is quite disappointing. The hamam and the jacuzzi are not hot enough and the whole area is needing refurbished.

As Always a great experience at Club Ned: a resort that puts parents in a position to really enjoy a holiday by having their kids enjoy their time away from the parents! So my thanks for sure go to Chinois in the 4&5 years mini club and Wjden in the 2&3 years group As always everything was great and thought through even if it was only the second week since opening. A special special thanks to Cheyenne in particular, and to the sailing team who got me out to sea in the mornings If I may add a constructive comment, this year it felt that even fewer members of staff could speak English, would be great to see an inversion in the trend (please!)

We had an amazing time at Club Med Djerba! The atmosphere, activities, and hospitality were all top-notch. A special thank you to Nathan for his incredible fitness classes—his positive energy and motivation made every session so much fun! Gaspard also deserves a shoutout for his excellent paddle classes; his guidance and enthusiasm made learning easy and enjoyable. And lastly, we were so grateful for Lotfi’s kindness and outstanding service at the restaurant, always ensuring we had a fantastic dining experience. We can’t wait to return—highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Aziza rooms nearer to restaurant and beach. Standard of equipment very poor . Tennis rackets need restringing and Hobie's poor state . lack of toilet facilities.

Club Med Djerba is absolutely beautiful and the staff is top notch. I met Rovin 5 years ago at club med Bali and it was like no time had passed. He made us feel so welcome and just like family. We were the only 2 native English speaking GMs there so we were a little nervous about not being able to communicate very well. We met Grendy our first night there and not only did he make us feel so welcome, he went out of his way to find other GOs that spoke English so we would know who we could go to if we needed anything. His kindness and hospitality was top notch. Bacary and Etienne on the sailing team were incredible! We went sailing with them a few times and had a blast. Wassim at reception was super helpful and kind as well. Jeffrey the chef is not only an incredible cook, he will make you laugh until you cry. The bartenders were great but MoMo really stood out to us. He would have our drinks ready for us before we could ask for them, and was always super friendly. Ahmed helped us set up an incredible tour with the best guide, and it was or favorite experience while we were there. And Amine kept the great music going and was really fun to hang out with too. The staff as a whole, but this group of people specifically, gave us an unforgettable week. The club itself is right on the ocean and the grounds are stunning. We would go back here in a heartbeat!

Had a very fun time at the Club Med. We love going to clubs! We are Gold members so this is not our first rodeo. Overall we feel like Max the Chef of Village was all talk and no action when it came to the safety of the GMs. The ambiance was fun, the activities were a lot of fun. Here are a few things to note: - we were lucky to be with Corentin and Nathan they were always smiling and in a good mood. I cant emphasize enough on how much fun it was and that was 100% thanks to them. Even on their day off they would go out of their way to make sure we had a great time. - if you have young girls or 20-30 year old girls be aware. The French GOs are amazing and a lot of fun but some of the Tunisians are predators. 2 of them (Oussama at the tennis and Aymen at the bar) would plan for the girls to have more alcohol than asked in their drink and then follow them around all the way to their room. We did notify the Chef de Village (Max) and he did say that he took matters into his own hands but now we are a few weeks later and they are still working at the resort. So please please be careful. One of the two guys kept following my sisters around and insisting on being around us it was very unpleasant.
