Franchement rien à dire je recommande cette hôtel apart le wifi qui bègue dans les chambres

Séjour catastrophique entre la chambre ( très froide le chauffage fonctionnait une fois sur deux avec un bruit assourdissant. Coupure d eau chaude .restauration catastrophique séjour inoubliable dans le mauvais sens du terme. Dommage !!!!!

Great hotel ,great food and drinks and lovely people, highly recommended, Nutella very nice person because she made me smile every day .A very cheap holiday, Tunisia is a very nice place to visit all year round, The weather is always great and the people are so nice.

Fantastic, relaxing week away with wife. Rooms and hotel clean, food good but could do with a little more variation. Need to open bar nearest pool out of season, having to trek up two flights of stairs and a cross the hotel lobby to get drinks from main bar to take back by pool. Animation team the best I've ever experienced all really nice and good at what they do, especially Abdil, life and soul of the place. Only negative was the kids who were allowed to run ups and down hotel corridors until 5am for two nights running with nobody checking them. Unfair on other guests to be kept awake. Decent location, not much around, shop over the road. Beach is around 200 yards walk away.

the animation team is very good, the bar is good, the bar staff are lovely. the hotel is very nice and very clean. the catering staff are very lovely. there is lots to do. i enjoyed dancing at the disco. we played a quiz which was very good too. overall enjoyed the trip!

Had a wonderful time hotel is absolutely wonderful. The entertainment team are absolutely amazing. They are fun and always smiling and enjoy their work the party last night and the snake entertainment was absolutely wonderful. The food is wonderful. You do not go out. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Fabulous hotel. The staff are all so friendly and work so hard to make everyone happy. The animation team are fantastic and get everyone involved. Creating friendships with fellow travellers. Shout out to Abdil! Lovely young man. The ladies on reception have been more than helpful. The food is excellent. Different dishes every day. I couldn't fault the place. Amazing Hotel Experience! The animation team was absolutely fantastic – full of energy, kindness, and humor. A special mention goes to Poutchi – such a warm and genuine person. He created an incredible atmosphere that made us feel like we had been friends for years. With him, there’s never a dull moment! Even if you don’t speak the language, communication is not a problem – they know how to connect with everyone. The bartenders were also super friendly, and the overall service was excellent. Despite being busy, the waiters were always smiling and helpful. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options – everyone will find something they enjoy. The pool was clean, and the rooms were perfectly fine. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked without any issues. You’ll find everything you need here! Thank you for making our family and friends’ vacation so memorable. 👊❤️

Not bad, but not that great either. If you go expecting a 2 star hotel, I think you are going to enjoy your time there. Here's a bit of info I would have liked to have known before I went. Staff are friendly. Beer was ok, it just depended on the glass/plastic cup it was served in. Sometimes served in a dirty container. I don't think that they were properly cleaned on days that they are busy. If you have enough of drinking AI, you can buy Bottled Becks for 7.5 dinars. There is nothing around the hotel if you want a change of scenery. There is a Shisha bar across the road with a live musician playing Tunisian music which was quite good, but they do not sell alcohol if that is your thing. Pool is warm. We had 1 day where we couldn't get a sunbed at 10:30am. Ended up taking the 5- 10min walk to beach. Later in the week I did see the pool staff getting extra beds out for people that asked for them. Shisha bar at night , ranging from 20-35 dinar. The entertainment team are also friendly and hard working. They stop for chats and we were never pressured into doing anything that we didn't want. Entertainment at night was pretty poor IMO, but others did find it funny, so you may like it? The Minnie Mouse outfit that comes through the bar around 8:30pm is a bit funny to look at. Good selection of food every night. I'm fussy and managed eat various things throughout the week. The freshly made omelettes at breakfast are really good. Snack bar doing pizza and chips opens at 12 near the pool, pancakes and donuts 4 - 5 at the bar. Our room was ok. We had balcony furniture, which I had previously read not to expect. Our bathroom was abit grim, broken fixings ect. Beds were comfy enough, managed to sleep ok without getting a bad back. Cleaners come in everyday and replenish toilet rolls, towels and make the beds. WiFi around the pool is very good. Can change English money to Dinars at reception. Also, £10 refundable deposit for a pool towel can be paid. Info for at the airport coming home - after security near gate 1, there is a place to grab a smash burger/ chicken burger or subs. The signage is very similar to Subway but I can't remember what it is called. Also, you can't take any dinars out of the country. There are a couple of gift shops upstairs at the airport where you can get rid of any remaining, but would suggest spending them before you get to the airport as it's a bit more pricey than the shop across the road from the hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my holiday Room was basic but had everything I needed hot water clean but no kettle The weather was hot lovely pool great animation team day and night entertainment which was lively Over the road is the beach where you can ride on camels horses and there’s restaurants There’s crocodile park in walking distance Food is varied and good Overall I enjoyed it and will book again
