Naam bade darshan khote. They are charging lot of money but facilities against charges are totally zero. Every time we have to call 5 to 6 time for any services. TV not properly working. Dustbin paddle was not working we called 10 times but I was not changed till our check out. AC remote was not working and temperature was 16 and this issue resolved on at night after numbers of calling. They are not providing cold water if we want, we have to pay for it. After paying lots of room change we need to buy cold water really very bad experience. Breakfast - very limited menu again breakfast charge, no any live menu and no any non veg items, even no any labelling near food pot. Every time guests open the pot and check, what’s is in the pot. I wasted my money on this trip with very bad and painful experience.

The resort location and the ambience was just amazing. The resort campus was huge and very well maintained. Rooms were spacious and super clean. Great place to spend some family time.

Worn out old rooms, bathrooms are dirty, thus is one of the worst hotels in Diu, avoid if you can. Staff is CLUELESS AND rude, room doors need you to hire a hitman to open, damaged panels, plasters peeling off and stains on the toilet ( do not want to know the origin). THE SHOWER KNOB WAS MISSING, NEED TO PRESS IT BY HAND FOR THE SHOWER TO REMAIN ACTIVE INSTEAD OF THE TAP. 1 star only for the good perfume of the handwash and somehow working AC. TV did not work, Tea 1 cup costs 70 rupees, price is exorbitant for almost everything.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Problem is more with mm t than with hotel. Mm t has charged exorbitantly to us for this hotel. Mm t has charged us rs. 16000 per night two months ago where as the room rent at the time of check in was only rs. 6000 per night. More than 200 % commission earned by mmt. Over and above that hotel was not booked ever 20% of total available rooms. We felt cheated by mm t due to which we lost trust on mm t and for sure mm t will not be option at all for any bookings. Regarding. Hotel, it is not worth even for 6500 per night. So definitely we don't recommend both mm t as well as this hotel.
