Hotel Casa Ecuatreasures - Historic District

Hernan was an excellent host. The hotel is in a beautiful little historic building near the historic town center. It is walking distance from many important sites. The hotel was lovely and clean and Hernan helped us with many tips for restaurants and tourists visits and helped us book any taxis we needed. I highly recommend this place.

I loved my first stay in 2022 so much, I didn’t hesitate to book here again this year. Hernán is so gracious and attentive and cared for our every need, especially one morning when my young nephew was ill. He is kind, helpful, and ready with great suggestions for activities and must-see locations in Quito and beyond. Thanks to Hernán, I discovered a new favorite artist: Quito’s own Oswaldo Guayasamín. I would not know Quito as well if not for Hernán’s guidance. The rooms are beautiful and well appointed, the neighborhood safe. The Basilica del Voto Nacionale is a few blocks away, a lovely perk! Our delicious breakfasts were cooked with loving care and served with grace and style, our beds made every day, and a carafe of bottled water set in our rooms every day as well. My favorite was the bright, naturally lit interior courtyard-style breakfast area. I truly could not have asked for a nicer place to come home to at the end of a day of adventuring.

Czarming hotel in the historic part of the city. Comfortable bed. Plenty of fresh water to drink. The manager cares very much about the guest. Good breakfast prepared just for you, whenever it suits you.You can feel safe here. Easy access to certain points of interest.

We could not ask for a better stay! Hernan was very friendly and helpful throughout not only the stay but also the planning and booking process. He arranged out airport transfers, helped us arrange an uber(he translated for us). He made wonderful food and soteseeing recommendations. My wife recently had shoulder surgery and is still in a big bulky immobilizer. He was quick to get her an extra pillow to help her be more comfortable. Hernan even made us the most delicious breakfast that he served with wonderful local fresh juice! I would absolutely recommend staying at Hotel Casa Ecuatreasures Centro Historico! Let's be honest....... it was a wonderful bed and breakfast, not just a hotel!

I had a great stay at Casa Ecuatreasures, it was bright, clean, had a lovely charm and was ideally placed to get to the old town. Herman was an amazing host, even before I arrived he arranged transport from the airport straight to the hotel and I was even greeted with coffee and cooked breakfast. Simply amazing service for the whole stay, could not recommend enough. Thank you!

We had an excellent experience staying at Casa Ecuatreasures! Hernán was a warm and friendly host and gave us tons of information on things to do and where to go and also arranged for a great ride back to the airport. The homemade breakfasts were delicious and some of my favorite meals of the trip! Our room was large, clean, and very comfortable. The location of the hotel was safe and perfect for seeing all the beautiful sights in historic Quito. We're so glad we chose Casa Ecuatreasures to stay and would very highly recommend to anyone visiting!!
