Rustic chalet "Feu de Joie", 1'300 m a.s.l., 3 storeys, built in 1803, renovated in 2018. On the outskirts Segnas, in a quiet, sunny position, 1 km from the skiing area. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. E-charging station. Shop 1 km, grocery 1 km, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 500 m, railway station "Segnas" 600 m, indoor swimming pool 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 6 km, walking paths from the house 50 m, cable car 1 km, ski lift 1 km, slopes 150 m, ski school, sled run 500 m, ice rink 3 km, children's playground 500 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Disentis 3000 1 km, Ski Arena Andermatt Sedrun 9 km. Hiking paths: Surselava.
