非常温馨的酒店，房間整潔，設施一流！大堂美觀，奢華並書香並重，在大堂喝咖啡時，大堂經理貼心送來乾果盤，令人感動！早餐時，餐廳小王經理熱情服務，耐心為每一位顧客介紹，非常貼心！總之，酒店的每一位員工，都笑臉相迎，熱情大方，不愧為定襄，甚至是忻州市一流的酒店！下次回來，一定再次選擇本酒店！

非常不錯！！！物超所值，住的很舒服，#衞生乾淨，還香香的#服務服務特別好，會送着進電梯，給了小禮品，態度良好#房間設施嶄新的陳設，非常乾淨，設計風格也很舒心#早餐吃的挺多的，就是豆漿個人感覺有點淡，吃飯的時候還有工作人員服務！

屋子裡十分乾淨浴室噴頭很沖屋子整潔舒適這個酒店真是不錯。雖然離忻州稍遠可是這家酒店確實值得期待真是一個不錯的酒店下次來忻州玩兒我還選擇他。而且他是今年新開業屋裡也沒有什麼味道整體裝潢也很不錯早上餐食還可以推薦朋友們來住這裏吧。這個酒店值得攜程上5.0的評分。

酒店非常不錯，各方面服務都細緻周到，適合入住我們一家四口來忻州古城遊玩，由於對住宿環境有所要求，所以抱着試一試的態度選擇了這家酒店。2025年1月開業，環境優美，設施完善，最重要的是衞生過關。早餐很豐盛，整體都比較滿意👍

上到大堂經理，下到客房服務員，都很熱情，服務周到，酒店設施齊全，地面停車場很大，停車依很方便。感受很好，這次忻州之行住的最舒服酒店，感謝。

酒店環境很高檔，房間典雅乾淨，床品舒適，設施齊全，還有健身房和洗衣房，洗衣服的時候還可以去運動，大廳還有小酒吧，氛圍感直接拉滿！前台小姐姐們服務特別熱情周到！非常棒的酒店！
