The service at the hotel was very bad, but the rooms were very clean. The breakfast was not on time

Rooms were ok but service was disaster. And they are giving excuse of crowd.
The security guard was extra annoying and he was only checking of mistakes guests , not their. No room service provided untill we ask for it. No proper management was their near pool, other families were trying to misuse the pool and tried to corner us which was not noticed by hotel authority, Guests are guests we were staying there after paying the full amount so we also deserve good service not only the big families.

wrost expiriance first they gave mee deluxe room instade of super deluxe room when I told them they ignore me after there house kiping person told me that this is deluxe room not super deluxe then I again told them after that they change my room and gave another bad super deluxe room where telephone not working room bell not working . I told them to change this phone they didn't do this. I never book this hotel also I told everyone not to book this hotel

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! the staff were friendly and attentive, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. My only minor suggestion would be that the hotel is a bit farther from the sea than i expected. However, the hotel's excellent service and facilities more than made up for this. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay"

nice and clean room. food is very good and also mentain hygiene. staff are so polite and helpful. location in near main road little Fer from sea beach..over all good.😊

Everything was good except for the noise in main road which disturbed our sleep at night. Crockeries provided were not so clean. Good beverage was not provided considering hotel rate at which we booked. Please give some hints for small trip within west bengal in march'25

This hotel is located far away from the sea and market area. The staff does not carry the guest luggage to their provided room and ask for tips which was weird. Food is very expensive geyser was not working properly pool is small and deep and only for the adults. Not mocktail no music no fun. At this price range we can easily get better hotels nearby the sea side. So it's thumbs down for hotel silver-land 1 out of 5 for me.

We had an excellent stay at this property. The ambience was satisfying and the location of the hotel is perfect. The food is great but it can be better. The lobby looks awesome in the evening after the lights come on. Finally the amenities are really commendable and comfortable. The swimming pool on the rooftop provides an almost 360° view of the surroundings. The overall stay at the hotel was fantastic and we are already looking forward for our next stay here again
