The room is not at all the same as the picture of the hotel, Cockroach in the whole room, specially the owner of the hotel Mr. Shibaji Roy's behaves very badly towards the guests. I'm attaching a picture of a cockroach in room no. 203. it was the worst experience of my life.

The best fact I liked about the hotel, is it's location. Good rooms as per the rate offered. Bit difficult for elderly person to climb up the stairs as lift is unavailable. Hotels own restaurant is somewhat OK. Not bad for a couple of days stay.

Food was awesome, mind-blowing, but room was average clean property, stuff behaviour was very good.

The hotel rooms are extremely wonderful. The room is quite clean. Cleaning team comes twice a day. They clean quite well. It goes without saying that one of the hotel's outstanding features is its restaurant. Really nice restaurant cuisine, and the prices are really reasonable.

I visited Santiniketan Digha 5th times. Because of their Service, Food and Friendly staff. But this time I disappointed From one of The F&B service staff asking for tips, And I gave him, but still asking to give more tips on UPI. Also every food taste is changed*.( I am giving 3* Just because for the Housekeeping staff and for the welcoming attitude of Mr Shibaji )

The stay was good, room was clean, but poor room service(called several times for water, but none picked, even telephone was not working properly, but staff behaviour was also good, location is quite suitable, overall great experience
