All-season motor access to 50 m from the house. Natural street, narrow street, in winter snow chains necessary. Car recommended, footpath. Situation: in the district of Le Moulin, above Die, quiet position in the countryside, at the edge of the forest. View from the apartment of the mountains and the valley. Surroundings of the house: grounds (shared use), swimming pool (shared use, length 12 m x width 6 m, open from 01.06. untill 30 .09.), outside shower (shared use), children's playground (shared use). Facilities and distances: shop 5 km, grocers 5 km, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 5 km, bathing bay 10 km, rocky beach 10 km, tennis 5 km, riding stables 15 km, cable car 25 km. Nearby attractions: Die (5km), Dieulefit ( 74km ) , Valencia (74km), Montelimar (80km), Gap (95km), Grenoble (105km). Hiking Area : Vercors Regional Natural Park.
