Rch Luxury Hotel & Pool

I stayed at RCH with my husband and two young children (6 and 8 years) five nights in January 2024. Upon arrival, one of the owners Paul offered our family an upgrade for a small fee - specifically, he upgraded us to a family suite, which comprises two interconnecting rooms (each with own bathroom). This configuration was our favourite configuration in all of Colombia, as previously we had been losing sleep by sharing two double beds between the four of us (the standard family room setup in the other hotels we stayed in). Thank you Paul for thinking of us and making this happen. Rooms - we were in interconnecting suites 3 and 4. The rooms are thoughtfully furnished and sleep quality is high (you can hear the waves!) The beds, pillows and linen were extremely comfortable, and a mosquito need is hung around the bed in case you would like it (though we didn’t actually see any mosquitoes). The bathrooms open-air and extremely lovely. L’Occitane essentials are provided. Hot water is plumbed in (quite unusual in these parts!), including at the outdoor beach shower. Vibes and location - the location is approx. a 2.5 hour, easy drive from Santa Marta. In terms of vibes, there is a lovely pool, bar and restaurant scene overlooking the water. The beach scenario is chalk and cheese as compared with Santa Marta (where we stayed for two nights). Here, there are no nuisances such as motorised watersports, touts setting up jewellery stands in front of you, people grabbing your feet and not letting go in order to give you a massage (all happened in Santa Marta). And while I don’t want to unduly disparage Santa Marta - the beach is truly stunning and we still had an amazing time - this is a much quieter experience, with only a few others on the beach at at time, and nobody selling things. Suitability for families - absolutely yes! Bring your children here. Just happy days on the beach - and more! Children are warmly received and welcomed. In fact, Paul went out of his way to arrange a special visit from a macaw for the children at the hotel! Between the beach and pool, and types of activities on offer, our children were extremely happy and entertained. I would like to add a special note that the people who designed the menu really “get kids”, and there are many options that our kids just loved. At one point they were fighting over the pasta al horno (I think that’s what it was called! The pasta with cheese). Interestingly, I thought the hotel was still romantic and perfect for couples. Paul and Carlos are nailing it! Activities - we were truly touched by the effort Carlos went to in planning our activities. We told Paul (in the first instance, then Carlos) what our interests were, and they curated a little itinerary for us. The flamingo experience was truly world-class and I hope that this attraction will be developed sustainability if and when it becomes more popular! Fingers crossed. We had a wonderful stay at the RCH Luxury Hotel & Pool in Dibulla Colombia. It was the perfect hideaway to relax and get away from the city hassle. The staff were lovely, and the wide variety of food and drinks was fantastic. The beach and ocean were absolutely stunning, and we had a great time exploring the area. In under 45 minutes drive – Carlos is happy to get you there – you can do nature walks, visit indigenous people, or must do: tubing with Felix in Palomino, just app him +573014052646, he is the best. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a serene and peaceful getaway.

What a wonderful place. All the way from Toronto, Canada. We all loved it. Food is amazing, excellent service, top notch!!! Very secure to travel with kids. Beautiful!!! Definately going back! So much fun!!!

Second visit at this beautiful and peaceful place off grid at the Caribbean coast, beach front. Manager Carlos and his staff really know how to make the guests feel welcomed. They take care of you from the moment of check in, and then all fay, from wake up until time for bed. The food is delicious, the juices and cocktails are magnificent. Everyone is very friendly and a special shout-out to Marlon for always being so happy to help us with anything. We stayed in the ocean front king on the ground floor, a fabulous room with pool access. The shower is an outside but private, surrounded by rainforest-like plants, so nice. The beds are lovely and the Wi-Fi is good. Hope to return soon again.

😃El hotel es tranquilo y pequeño, de estilo rústico moderno, con una grandiosa ubicación en frente de la playa de la población de Dibulla. Nos hospedamos en una habitación con hermosa vista al mar, con balcón y una cómoda hamaca, el cuarto de baño era amplio y con una parte de la ducha al aire libre La habitación contaba con un ventilador que mitigaba un poco el calor natural del lugar; sin embargo, sería excelente trabajar un poco más en ese aspecto. Lo más destacado del hotel es el hecho de que cuenta con una excepcional atención de todo el personal que allí labora y que se pueden dejar las pertenencias con toda seguridad de que nada se te pierde.🤩 🥰Tod@s se preocupan siempre por satisfacer cada necesidad del huésped y por concentirle, y se nota que lo hacen con mucho gusto; mi niño de 7 años amó la atención del lugar y aún hoy, 6 meses después de haber ido allí y de habernos alojado en otros buenos hoteles, aún sigue diciendo que ha sido la mejor atención que ha recibido! y que allá hasta se sentía querido por ell@s🥰 🥰Los alimentos son preparados con todo el esmero y Amor❤️ los cuales el huésped elije de un selecto menú, claro que ello hace que los platos sean costosos, por lo que sería muy bueno contaran también con opciones de platos ejecutivos. 😄El hotel es un lugar para desconectarse del estrés que trae la modernidad, así que no cuenta con televisión; pero como nosotr@s fuimos con nuestro niño de 7 años, al segundo día sin pedírselo, nos pusieron uno en la habitación para su entrenamiento y él estuvo muy feliz por ello. Hotel recomendado para la desconexión del bullicio y el estrés 🥰

Carlos es un anfitrión como ninguno, su hotel es una experiencia maravillosa, las habitaciones son súper cómodas, la comida es deliciosa y el servicio en general es excelente. La ubicación del hotel es un tesoro escondido.
