I am writing this review l filled with disappointment and frustration following my family’s recent stay at your hotel. Having traveled to over 50 hotels throughout the UAE, I can confidently say that I have never encountered such a disheartening and devaluing experience as a guest.From the outset, I was appalled by the lack of professionalism displayed by the front office staff, particularly under the supervision of Miss Jean. It is my firm belief that she may require extensive training in hospitality management—or perhaps should consider pursuing a different career path altogether. Our family had booked one villa for two nights and three additional villas for one night. Despite our numerous, polite requests for a late checkout, we were met with flat refusals. What’s worse, during our stay, one of our children suffered an injury during an excursion, leading us to urgently call for an ambulance ourselves since the front office failed to provide any assistance. Instead of empathy and support, we received an astonishingly insensitive call from the front office demanding that we vacate our room while we were dealing with this crisis. This behavior was not just unprofessional; it was downright inhumane. Ultimately, we felt we had no choice but to leave your property due to the appalling lack of help and sincerity from the front office staff. Their response to our dire situation was shocking—merely “okay, sure, no problem” without any solutions, apologies, or signs of concern. It felt as though they couldn't care less whether we stayed or left, which is utterly unacceptable. This is not the standard of hospitality that should be expected at any hotel in UAE, let alone one with your reputation. I am exceedingly disappointed and hope that you will take immediate action to ensure that no other family endures such an egregious experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
