Great hotel with a modern, tropical beachy decor across the street from famous Yaque Beach. The staff is super welcoming. The room rates are very accessible and the rooms are extremely comfortable. Food at the restaurant is super yummy and breakfast is included in the room rate. I have stayed at Hotel California on multiple occasions and would highly recommend this property if you need a great place to stay on Margarita Island.

The hotel is nice and pleasant. The staff is very friendly and attentive. At one point we felt poorly cared for, but incredibly the neglect came from more than management personnel. The restaurant food was quite good and catered for the cravings. The pool is very clean and nice. The room is spacious, comfortable, with a good view, although it has some maintenance details that can be fixed with little effort. To have an ocean view from the room you must be on the fourth floor, otherwise you will see the building in front. I would stay at the hotel again.

The hotel is very nice, clean, the room is big. The room has hot water!!! This is not often seen in Venezuela. We had double room and size was bigger than we expected. The view from the balcony is on the pool and sea. Location 2 min from the beach and all restaurants. However, the hotel restaurant is nice with amazing food selections. The pool was cleaned every day! Staff friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Hotel California Playa! Cheers from Irish honeymooners 😊

Desde que llegamos al Hotel California, la vibra nos atrapó. Despertar con el sonido del mar y la brisa del Yaque no tiene precio. La atención es de primera, el equipo es inmejorable, las habitaciones comodísimas, la piscina un espectáculo y la comida en Madero una delicia 🦐🍹 Ya queremos repetir la experiencia. Recomendado con los ojos cerrados 🏄🏽♂️☀️

La ubicación del hotel es excelente ya que puedes llegar caminando a la playa tranquilamente. Las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias. El personal super amable y servicial
Me gustó especialmente la comida.
Me llamo la atención la cantidad de personas practicando de portes como el kitesurf y windsurf en la playa

Excelente experiencia, su personal es de lo mejor, sus playas, sus instalaciones y el servicio muy especial, fui con mi esposa de luna de miel, y ya nos queremos regresar a seguir disfrutando, la próxima vez nos vamos toda la familia, encantado la verdad

Excellent séjour de plus de 40 jours à l'hôtel California, au calme, à une cinquantaine de mètres de la plage del Yaque, où vous pourrez pratiquer windsurf, kite surf, wing, etc. Belle piscine avec jaccuzzi, bien entretenue, de même que les jardins et les abords de l'hôtel. Chambre grande et confortable avec le wifi. Excellent accueil de Michel et son équipe très dévoués. Possibilité de réservation des billets des vols Caracas-Porlamar par l'hôtel. Excellent petit-déjeuner, Restaurant de qualité avec nappe et serviettes en tissu pour le dîner. Un petit plus, un service de médecin en cas de problème de santé. Bref d'excellentes vacances loin du froid.

Buenas instalaciones, personal bien entrenado, instalaciones limpias y bien cuidadas, mesoneros atentos y sobre todo Restaurante El Madero, buenos desayunos, buena comida, recomiendo la pasta fruto di mare al oglio, el arroz a la marinera es excelente también, los precios son como comer en la playa pero estas en un restaurante playero y bien bonito, precios del hotel vs calidad muy bueno también

Un hotel bonito con un servicio profesional y muy cordial, dispuestos a ofrecer soluciones, con simpatía y diligencia….rl espacio de la piscina en las noches es sensacional con su luces y sonido de agua fluyendo, excelente atención en el restaurante…felicitaciones por mantener la mística y la profesionalidad….quedamos encantado de haber elegido California Hotel en el Yaque…
