Excellent services, nice spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. It’s a family friendly hotel with a water park good for the kids. Reception was friendly and hassle free check in and check out A few minutes walk to the white sand beaches of Diani

Ambiencei is great. Rooms:Comfortable,clean. Beds. Bathrooms:well compartmentalized. Showerheads. Room & food service:commendable.Winfred,James &Consolata( and another receptionist's name I can't quite recall) have been wonderful so far. Food:they kept in mind both our African preferences and European cousins during breakfast and supper buffets. Conducive for children because the swimming pool has a relatively low depth and baby pool is safe.And they have this water game play area that is heaven for kids.

Five stars may seem like an exaggeration but it isn’t! The literal best customer service I’ve ever experienced and I’m difficult to please. I loved EVERYTHING and will frequent back. The staff was just heavenly and so are their Tamarind Juice making skills.

Great place for a Weekend break. Very Clean and organized. Convenient location , close to most spots. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Nice combination of Pool & Water Park. Room amenities great. All it lacks is the Beach which i am sure in the near future MD will be looking out for a location for this.. Will surely be back again.

PrideInn Diani Beach was our home for 8 days for our 1st trip to Kenya and I must say the hospitality received was spectacular and the staff are all just amazing. The staff are very friendly and very helpful and they made our stay very pleasant. I wish i had names of all the staff members who where there during our stay, but a special mention to the Ladies at the reception very wonderful ladies, another mention to the Barmen James he looked after us well and very friendly and last but not least a very Special mention to Joyce she is an amazing host, beautiful personality and ever smiling, thank you Joyce for looking after us during our stay in Kenya. The food was also very good enjoyed every meal we had but the Sea Food platter was our number 1 dish of all the dishes we tried on the menu. Our room was just perfect I could not fault anything and would recommend PrideInn Diani to anyone.

I would recommend this place any time. Friendly staffs, comfortable rooms with almost all amenities (wifi, AC, hot showers) etc. Accessible location even at night (besides the road) and very nice food. They've safe parking within the compound also, room service and restaurant downstairs. Enjoyed my time there.

Wonderful room service, very clean and cool environment Fluffy pillows . Comfy beds not to talk about warm water. All smiles everywhere The swimming pool is perfectly situated with a nice view of the ocean I loved how the chefs special hit the right spots
