I stayed twice on a trip on my onwards and return journey. I am clubbing both my stays in this review. I reached in the evening and was told no hot water will be available till the morning. I contacted the front desk and showed him my booking in which the amenities listed “hot and cold” water. He said “it does not say hot water for what!” his interpretation was that there is a kettle in your room for hot water for drinking. The amenities also listed geyser. This was interpreted as the common geyser they had. So the list says geyser but does not specify if it will be put on or not. To cut a long story short I did not get hot water till the next morning. The amenities also listed wifi. When I asked him for the wifi he said rudely it’s not working. He was clear about the fact that it will not be provided. My booking was for two people but the room had all things for one. One towel, one teabag, one shower gel, etc. They provide one small mineral water bottle for two people to drink and also make tea with. Exactly two teabags and one coffee sachet is given to two people. (see photo). The tea bag labels are cut off so god knows what brand is used (see photos attached) also see a photo of one small miniature shower gel provided for two people. Luckily I always carry my toiletries with me for such hotels which behave in an unprofessional manner. No hand towel is provided. I used my own. The tv does not have a remote and has to be operated manually. The set-top box has one. On my first visit, the cable was not working as they had not paid the operator but they did so and got it activated in an hour.
