Property situated at strategic location on Indore-Mumbai highway. Offers good rooms , but poor maintenance in washrooms .. service is good. Recommended for weddings, etc

Hotel manager took a good look at us & started asking for our marriage photographs stating policies against unmarried couples booking hotel room. When showed, he then started asking us to send them to some whatsapp number. This is appalling!! He literally gave us threat and check for the unmarried couples. Such pathetic mindset even in 2025 !? EVEN AFTER PRESENTING PROOFS!! In all this conversation, he was very rude, judgemental, and full of attitude saying that he is working in hotel business for years & what not. Our bellhop at the hotel are was much well mannered & better suited for the manager role. I refuse to believe that the owner or hotel management is unaware of this behavior shown to the customers. Also who puts the photo frame of entire resort rules inside the room, that too nonsensicle. Guard was asking for SPECIFIC SUM OF MONEY as soon as I parked my car- because his shift was ending and then he wouldn't be able to collect. This isn't that big issue but outright asking A SPECIFIC AMOUNT didn't sit right with me. Also, is this hotel not paying their guards well enough?? Basic things like coffee wasn't available when we checked in at around 8 o' clock, after a long drive. We had to request them. This would have been fine for a small hotel, but not expected for this one. They are charging like current rates but when it comes to service- there are nonsensical rules. Toilet seats are ages old and can be replaced for a new one because they are beyond cleaning now. The hotel services, manager behavior, facilities like (no smart TV & age old & uncleaned looking toilet seat) are not at all matching or worth the rates charged. There are many hotels in the same area, please avoid this one at all costs. Pathetic experience.

This was our transit stay as we were driving from Mumbai to Delhi. The hotel I’m located right on the highway which saves time and is very convenient. We booked the suite which was clean and spacious with basic amenities like toiletries and tea coffee station. We ordered room service for dinner which was prompt and the food was just like home cooked. The checkin and check out were also quick . The breakfast can be better though the coffee was nice

We stayed here for a night. The place looks great from outside but hygiene and cleanliness is bad. Breakfast was very bad - no options plus live food counter.

Not satisfied with bathroom cleaning, looking shaby. Also shower, tap water not connected properly, no sign of hot water. In night hot water not coming.
