第一次來馬爾代夫南麗世，明明是一價全包卻在酒店及管家沒有任何告知的情況下，被要求多付500+美金午餐費用。我們上島前通知的水飛時間是15:30，卻在到達lux水飛休息室時通知17:00才能飛。等上島以後管家接待告訴我們前兩天是一價全包，任何餐廳除了意大利和日式餐廳都可以免費享受，包括酒吧和咖啡廳等等，由於我們上島已經晚上6點多了，當晚是包含晚餐的，隔天是早午晚三餐都含在一價全包，再隔天是包含早餐和午餐，由於再隔天孩子們起的比較晚，吃完早餐就去游泳了，遊玩泳累了就回房間睡午覺了，睡醒大概三點多，收拾一下去beach rouge吃午餐，因為前一天管家都會發第二天各個餐廳的營業時間，我們看了beach rouge的營業時間是12:00-17:00，當我們買單時卻被告知要求自費500+美金，我自己詢問管家被告知説下午14:00後吃午餐就要自費，可以，沒問題，如果check in的時候酒店或者管家提前告知，我們一定會注意控制午餐時間在14:00以前的。但在沒有任何告知且我們的房費是包含午餐，並且餐廳午餐的營業時間明確寫了12:00-17:00的情況下非要我們自費，我當然不能同意，這明明是你們工作的失職，憑什麼讓我來買單，太坑了，感覺太差勁了👎體驗感很差，並且不簽單不讓離開，明明你們沒有在入住期間告知，並且我們嚴格遵守了管家發的午餐營業時間，check in的時候也明確表示那天房費包含午餐，簡直不能忍受😓維權到底！另一件事是我們在離島的前一晚經歷了狂風暴雨，我們住的房間是浪漫水上泳池別墅，需要每天走很長很長的路，buggy是不負責接送水屋客人的，衹能自己走路或者騎自行車，那晚一直狂風驟雨，我們在餐廳等了好久仍不見好轉，便決定打傘回房間，路上我和孩子被風雨吹的快要離開棧橋掉到海里了，且棧橋兩旁沒有任何防護措施，事後想想真的後怕，萬一抓不住傘被風颳到海里便再也回不來了，因為風浪巨大，想預訂水上屋的一定謹慎！！！

Wir hatten super tolle Tage im Lux. Wir hatten eine tolle Unterkunft und haben die Insel als Familie sehr genossen. Die Pools sind wirklich toll,sowie der private Pool ebenfalls. Das Restaurant hat uns sehr gut gefallen mit der Holzoptik. Geschmacklich war es auch immer top. Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für das tolle Erlebnis. 

水屋內部很好，豪華有特色，值得一住。但是從屋內樓梯下海游泳，看見的都是一大片水屋的金屬支撐架，有在廢棄建築物旁邊的感覺。大海的景色很美很美很美。説好的中文服務遲遲沒有在微信上應答，導致晚飯跑去當晚並不營業的亞洲餐廳，淋了一場大雨之後再輾轉去了國際餐廳才吃到了晚飯。因為還要去其他的島遊玩，預約了下午6：00的快艇來接我們，上船前趕來了四五個酒店人員，為我們母女二人送行 。當我們在船上坐穩當後，發現岸上一排送行者一直面對着我們這艘漸行漸遠的快艇久久地揮手告別，心頭湧起了與家人揮手告別的滋味。

Where do I start! LUX is amazing, from the moment you are greeted in Male to the moment you depart the island the service is exceptional! I’ve been to lots of Maldives islands but this has to be my favourite! We spent 10 nights here and could easily of done another week! We stayed in the Water Villa which are very generous in size and quality . These were upgraded this spring with new furnishings. The dining options are great with a variety , easy booking and tasty, we loved Senses the Indian the most! There is a soft approach to entertainment which suited us fine, sunset DJ at Beach Rouge , live music and movies on the beach! Senses bar also provides cards and games . Every LUX employee you meet is welcoming and friendly, whether it be the grounds staff or the manager , I cannot praise the team at LUX enough for their wonderful hospitality, the manager of the island should be incredibly proud of them all. For me a holiday is an experience and LUX know how to assist you in embracing this. The snorkelling is excellent and Mark the marine biologist was knowledgeable. Sadly no whale sharks while we were there but sharks daily, turtles and plenty of fish along with manta rays. If you are considering LUX don’t hesitate, just book it! Thank you so much and we cannot wait to return!

Our second stay here. Once again, it was absolutely beautiful. We stayed in a Romantic pool water villa 122. The room was perfect and was well looked after by our gentleman room servicer with a visit in the morning and evening. All restaurants we ate at were excellent and the staff lovely in restaurants and bars. Service was excellent and prompt. We particularly liked Beach Rouge and ate there most times. Always welcoming and looked after us so well. For breakfast we are every morning at East buffet. Choice of food was extensive and tasty. We love Amzad who looked after us so well, cooking for us each morning and bringing his dishes out to us rather than having us wait. The day before we left he asked which dish we liked the most and said he'd prepare that for us on our last morning before leaving and true to his word he did this. We are in East one evening and again he looked after us providing us with a variety of Asian dishes. Delicious and he really does take pride in his cooking. Our concierge gentleman was Bek, who again was lovely looking after us, booking restaurants and things for us. Sadly the week before I was due to travel my mum passed away. The hotel were lovely and Gabrielle in Celebrations, who was very sweet, arranged for me to do a coconut tree planting and coconut wish ceremony in memory of my mum. It was just a little something special for me to do at this difficult time. They made a little plaque for me to go with the tree. She also arranged for me to make a coral frame (paid for by us) which we could dedicate to our parents (I also lost my dad last year and hubby lost his dad last year too). Mark, the marine biologist, who we did this with was wonderful and it was a really interesting experience, which I recommend anyone doing to help the regeneration of the coral reefs. Again a plaque was made with our parents names to tag to the frame. I've already received photos of the frame in place on Lux's reef. The island and water is beautiful. Certainly hope to return again one day. Thank you to everyone at LUX South Ari Atoll

East Market did feed us very well, we did not expect this level. Beach Rouge was likewise very very good. It is yours fault we got some kg extra to bring home. We enjoyed our el bus ride every day, the chaffours were all very frendly and cheerfully talkative. I did forgot my hat somewhere is this island and our lovely host Salwa did find it in no time with a little help of whatsup. We could tell you about the great fish we saw but you know it how it is here! Sun, food and everything!

Best resort I have been too in the Maldives. The Island is massive with so much to do between whale sharks & manta ray snorkelling & then just simple bike rides around the island. The staff could not do anymore to make things perfect. Food is exceptional and they have so many different venues that 5 days is not enough! Would highly recommend!

The Lux South Ari Atoll is a wonderful resort with the most charming staff, great facilities, excellent food and great spa. From the arrival and greeting by Elena to the wave off by John Rogers, the Manager, and his excellent team, we were well looked after. The food is outstanding, with a huge range at breakfast and a good choice of restaurants. Umami, the Japanese Restaurant, was outstanding in particular. Just a wonderful place.

Lux was absolutely beautiful! Arriving by seaplane was a fantastic experience!!! Staff were exceptional especially our villa attendant Muaz. He couldn’t do enough for us from running a bubble bath in our outside bathroom area to creating amazing towel art, it was superb!! Thanx Muaz you made our stay extra special. Jo & Keith

This is a fabulous resort in a stunning location. The staff are exceptional, both professional and cheerful at all times. Many accommodation and dining options together with various activities available. The all-inclusive offer is exceptional.

From the moment the staff welcome you to the time they wave you goodbye from the pier, you are treated like royalty, They could not be more helpful and are amazing with children Eight incredible restaurants and bars serve delicious food and cocktails. The water is clear ,always warm, and white sand surrounds the island. What greater recommendation than to say we have been 7 times and have already booked for next year

I had such a great time at Lux. Our Butler AVAZBEK responded very kindly. Thanks to AVAZBEK, I was able to do the restaurant and all the activities easily. The food, lagoon, and room condition were all perfect. If I have a chance, I would like to come again next time.

If you're looking for a truly amazing vacation, I would wholeheartedly recommend the LUX South Ari Atoll. We had never been to the Maldives but we had heard it was beautiful, and because we hadn't had a vacation in over a year, we decided to treat ourselves to the LUX Villa for our 5-night stay there. That was the best decision we've made in a long time. From the moment we arrived at the Male airport and the LUX Lounge there, to the morning we flew back home, we were treated to a seamless, delightful experience that I'm still thinking about. Throughout our stay, everyone displayed a clear love for their work, which meant we felt an exceptional level of service and hospitality. Each interaction felt warm and sincere, making us feel not just welcomed, but genuinely appreciated. The LUX Villa. It's huge – with a private swimming pool, a gorgeous bathroom, glass floor in the living room where you can watch fish swimming below, a bar that's stocked with mixers, fresh mint leaves, etc., outside space for relaxing, reading and meditation - and a stunning view of the Indian ocean all around. On top of all that they provide a 24-hour butler with the LUX Villa, and our butler, Ahmed, was an absolute gem. He drove us everywhere in the buggy, made all our meal reservations (8 restaurants there in all), let us know about special events and activities we might want to join, made a video of us at the villa with his drone and even put it to music (!),took us on a snorkelling trip where he and another team member pulled us through the water so we could see a giant sea turtle and a whale shark (the biggest fish on the planet). And he even made us special cocktails at our villa bar! There are a number of other complimentary add-ons besides the butler that come with the Villa (a massage for each person, private yoga sessions, sunset cruise, private movie screening (complete with popcorn, ice cream, etc.), laundry service, etc.), but I think our 24-hour butler – the exceptional care we got from such a gentleman as Ahmed, elevated our experience to new heights. This resort is a testament to the art of hospitality, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking an unparalleled luxury getaway…
