Stayed there for two days. Location was good for the hotel, however rooms are not good. There was no exhaust or ventilation in the washroom, room was also smelling because of the washroom.

The lift was not working. Used a different lift which was stained with paan marks. The room was not proper. Staff was unprofessional.

The hotel was quite good in comparison to the last one. Services are also good. Food was also quite tasty. Need to add some more cuisine to their menu.

Hotel staffs are good and quick responding, suit room is spacious and the bathroom too. Food is not so good and need to improve on that part based on traveler's requirements. Hotel location is very near to all important places like markets, station etc.

Great feeling. The food quality is good and the supporting stuff is well mannered. The rooms are in good condition and neat and clean.

Excellent room service and staff behaviour. Location good. Food a bit costly. Amenities are very good.

The staff of the hotel were maintaining social distancing and attentive in their behaviour which strikes me the most. Then the rooms were clean, the food was good. The only discomfort i had was due to spring coil mattress which seemed to push me out of the bed the moment i slept on it. I hope the hotel takes notice and changes those uncomfortable mattresses.
