There is everything from oxtail with honey barbecued sauce perfectly cooked that falls from the bone to local speciality like paneer tika . Service is impecabile. All staff were caring and display positive body language , smiling and making you feel welcomed. I observed they are attentive to details like replenishing water and drinks and clearing the table as soon as you done with the service. Constantly checking if you need anything and if you are satisfied. I was impressed with Yusuf that made the best first impression and farewell service. As well Tasin and Mitu made great efforts to anticipate needs and achieve 100% customer satisfaction from us. I have more than 20 years in customer service so I can recognize great hospitality and be objective! Thank you, Oana Hotel Rooms - spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable . Reception staff - very helpful, kind and willing to assist and help at any time. Great hospitality and service that aims clearly to anticipate needs and meet expectations. I like the pull on the roof top terrace 250m long with a nice view and a bar lounge.
