The property is clean and beautiful, but service is not good. They allot us room no. 201, the room was clean, but the basic amenities are not working like
1. Telephone was not working- for every comunication we have to go to reception personally. 2. T v was not working - the service attendent tried it, but couldn't solve it. 3. Geyser not working - the attendent told that, solar water is there, but we never get at least lukewarm water in our 2 days stay. 4. A c remote was not there- the room was getting too chilled hence have to operate manually in whole night. 5. Food quality is good. But the service is very slow. We ordered for tea and breakfast at 7. 00 am, but couldn't get it till 8. 15 am. So left it as we were in hurry.

Hotel is good, location, rooms, room cleaning service and food quality is very good but need to work on lot for restaurant service. Less ratings because of that.

Friendly staff and excellent customer service specially mahendra paradkar is a very genuine person and helpful my sr citizen parents travel-led thr and we're very well taken care of

The hotel room was excellent, clean, spacious with jacuzzi and a very helpful staff. Its not exactly on the beach but you can see the beach from the balcony. Food was excellent. The only issue we found was the road to get to the location.

If someone is pure veg then it’s good place to eat also non veg food is awesome. However rate is slightly high.
