The hotel itself is nice and exceptionally clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms are clean and showers are excellent. We stayed in 110. I should have asked to change rooms on the first night as I’ve had 4 nights of very little sleep. The hotel staff have switched the air con off for low season. Our room was incredibly hot and unfortunately very noisy when the windows were open. Beds quite uncomfortable. For those reasons I would not stay at the hotel again

The Park Hotel is a fantastic hotel with a perfect location overlooking Lake Garda. Everything is walkable including the ferry stop. Definitely, go to Sirmione. The staff at the hotel are excellent, very helpful and friendly. We stayed in Room 248 Great views of the lake from the balcony. Clean, well furnished and a rain shower that was a blessing after a days touring. We had drinks in the fabulous cocktail bar and an absolutely fantastic dinner in the Philò Restaurant. The food was amazing and the service was excellent. The waiters take time to explain the dishes and also above all don’t rush you. My wife, who is fussy eater loved the food and wine pairing. The breakfast selection is broad and caters for all needs. The scrambled eggs with bacon definitely helped start the day. You won’t go hungry. You need to order this. We’ve been to Italy so many times but this was our first trip to Lake Garda. I would recommend the Park Hotel if you want a bit of glitz, a comfortable stay, great food and a fabulous staff that really know what they are doing and care about the service they give.

Beautiful hotel. Lovely staff. On the shore of lake Gada simply stunning. The surrounding are is beautiful. The breakfast buffet is extensive. Small poolon the roof terrace is a real lityle sun trap. If you're arriving by tain taxis are scarce. Use the uber app and you will be able to get a taxi. Thoroughly recomend a stay here and the surrounding area.

The staff were great and the parking situation is very good, makes life easy. The room was clean, nothing fancy but nice. I found the bed uncomfortable and noise from the street behind the hotel to be quite loud, cars going past with loud music at 6am, bins being emptied etc early in the morning - but the hotel can’t help that I guess. The air conditioning in our room broke on the last night and only worked on hot which made us open the window - again the noise then kept us awake..

What a hotel! If you’re looking to visit Lake Garda and in particular the town of Desenzano, I would heartily recommend The Park Hotel. The welcome, every time you walk into the hotel, is warm, friendly and genuine. All of the staff were, without exception, incredibly polite and helpful. Our room was immaculately clean, the beds comfortable and the en-suite bathroom very stylishly presented. Warning! The shower is addictive, once in its warm embrace you will not want to leave its company. Copious towels and toiletries are provided every day. There is a mini bar with soft and alcoholic drinks (not complimentary) but no hot drink facilities in the room. Having said that, you can get a drink at anytime from the bar and every afternoon between 1600hrs and 1730hrs, free coffee and biscuits are available at the bar/reception. The bar is well stocked and the prices are comparable to local bars and restaurants. For example, cocktails are €10 and very nicely prepared. Breakfast is delicious and the options are varied - including cereal, fresh fruit, pastries, toast, cold meats, cheeses and various egg options. Some options incur extra charges but we ate our fill without the need of them. We ate in the restaurant on one evening. OMG! The food was AMAZING! Beautifully presented, absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection and served by friendly and attentive staff who explained each dish. Without doubt the best meal we had all week and NOT expensive. The menu in the rooms is a little confusing as it list the three course meal as €120 per person - it’s NOT. You just pay for what you order so please don’t be put off - you risk missing a wonderful experience. The hotel is ideally situated near to the main food and drink area of the town, with the Ferry Terminal less than five minutes walk from the Foyer. We visited most of the lake towns in a week by using the boats. A real bonus was the two street markets - Sunday morning and all day Tuesday, where good quality clothes can be found - particularly cashmere and leather goods. They are right outside the hotel door but not intrusive with noise or nuisance - but they are BUSY so if you don’t like crowds, use the back door to avoid them. All in all, a hotel I would recommend for every reason and can fault for nothing. To the management and staff - Grazie Mille!

Our second visit to this fabulous hotel. From the moment we arrived we had excellent service from the staff. The furnishings and decor in the reception, terrace and restaurant where the food is amazing are extremely stylish. Bedding, towels and toiletries are changed every day, free tea or coffee plus delicious biscuits are also offered in the afternoon. The small rooftop pool is beautiful with comfy loungers. We would recommend staying here for a fabulous holiday.

Great location, which is definitely the best thing about the hotel. Our Room was small but had a great view over the Lake. We had B & B - and the breakfast was fine. Tiny swimming pool on roof with sunbeds very close to each other. Overall nothing to complain about. We had to leave relatively early in the morning and the reception staff tried really hard to get a taxi for us at 6 am. They were very helpful with this. I would stay again but probably won’t as i’ve done Lake Garda now. I would recommend as its a central base.
