In an excellent location just 5 minutes walk from the center of the town, we stayed just before high season so they still had some sprucing up of maintenance to do as some areas looked a little tired, breakfast was ok, nothing special but everything usual was there, the way the hotel is constructed and decorated means that it is quite echoing in the rooms/ corridors

什麼都好，就是隔音很差，清楚聽見隔壁上廁所的聲音，設施也比較陳舊，早餐比較單一，沒什麼適合中國人吃的品種

I stayed several times in this beautiful boutique hotel, every time is a joy to return. The view of the lake is spectacular, it is worth to choose a room with lake view. The staff is professional and kind, thank you for everything and see you soon.

Great hotel in a great location overlooking the lake and within easy walking distance to the centre of the town. We ate in the hotel restaurant several times and found the selection and quality of the food very good, the pizza was one of the best we have eaten. The room was a bit quirky with steps up and down to the bathroom and the balcony but it was spotlessly clean and comfortable. All the staff were very pleasant and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble, the front desk organised a taxi back to the station which arrived spot on time. Would definitely return to this hotel.

Amazing service! Great quality! Madalina at the restaurant was especially spectacular. She was so friendly and attentive with the waiting. 10/10! This place is great. The view is stunning and the location is super convenient. I think staying here is a no-brainer.

This hotel has an ideal location: on the water, just out of the city center bustle but close enough for an easy and pleasant walk along the promenade located next to the lovely pool. The staff is wonderful and helpful when called upon. The breakfast is generous, fresh and tasty. There are some signs of wear and tear on the hotel facilities but nothing overly distracting or problematic. The restaurant food is just ok.

The good: the view from the room was fabulous, the included breakfast was wonderful, and the attached restaurant was very good. The one thing to be careful of (and it is on the check in notes is to not leave your door to the patio open, as gnats WILL attack). The great: we had a train to Florence scheduled for 0653 on day of departure. The night before, I asked about a cab because I wanted to be sure to get there on time. The lady working the desk, said..."no problem, 5 mins", so since it's only a 5 minute ride to the train station, I didn't think much of it. Well the next morning, I get down at 0620, there are no cabs available. The staff kept trying to get in touch, but none were responding. We were caught in a catch-22 where walking would have been impractical but the cabs said they'd be available in 10 mins. Eventually, we were stood up by the cabs and the staff on duty drove us to the station in their own vehicle. I can't express how absolutely grateful I (and my wife) are for the hospitality. They went so far above and beyond what was necessary, and even more, saved us from complications that would have messed up our trip for days. Thank you again for being so gracious and helpful.

Great location right on the lake with views across the lake from the breakfast room, the terrace restaurant and the pool. Close to the town and restaurants but in the quieter area. Walking distance from train station and lake ferry port. Breakfast and fresh coffee was very good. The staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff will make you as many fresh cappuccinos as you like. Bar and reception equally helpful, receptionist even dropped us to the train station when he couldn't book us a taxi. Only issue was a storm blew out the air conditioning for a few days but fans were provided

Nice hotel located right on the lake a few minutes walk from the centre of the town. The hotel was warm, quiet, well appointed, clean and the staff were very polite. My advice is book a lake view room on the first floor. Large rooms with a huge balcony right on the lake shore. Stunning views of the lake, the town, the mountains and Sirmione. I didn’t have break least included in my room rate so cannot comment on the food. There was somebody in reception 24/7 so getting in/out of the hote was never a problem. There is also free hotel parking for 20-30 vehicles. The train station is a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive away. I took the slow train to the lovely city of Verona for 8 euros return and Venice is about 1 hr 30 mins away on the train. I drove to Venice which was a mistake and I chose to visit during one Italy’s Easter festivals so Venice crowds were like being at a football match. Another mistake but the lake area, Verona, the mountains and Venice are amazing.

Very charming place, comfortable rooms, great choice for breakfast. The Hotel is right on the lake shore and just a few steps from the town center and the boats to cruise the lake. The staff are very hospitable, welcoming, eager to help their clients. And there is a good restaurant at the Hotel. And the beach is right in front of the Hotel. Thanks for my pleasant stay there!

Pros: + A 5 min walk into the charming old town + Has a pool overlooking the lake + The cafe is quite nice (we only had drinks there but the menu looked competitive. + We had a very warm welcome from the staff who were pleased to see English tourists again + The room was large and air conditioning very good + Lovely breakfast with a nice view of the lake Cons: - A few improvements to the room would help - e.g. putting the mirror above the desk and chair and having a lighter key for when you carry it around with you (it was very ornate but heavy!) - Have a toilet in the pool area

Premetto che lavoro nel settore turistico e vado in giro a valutare hotels nelle zone medio orientali. Un hotel in ottima posizione per muoversi a piedi per desenzano. Personale super gentile e colazione varia. Materassi ottimi. Nota dolente è un hotel molto fane avrebbe bisogno di migliorie a partire dalla chiave alla cassaforte e dovrebbero essere svecchiato. Un peccato perché avrebbe ottime potenzialità. Complimenti ripeto al personale Ottimo
