下午3點可辦入住。房間、衞生間面積大，但與房間比窗户小、對面是樓中其他房間的窗户沒有視野，窗户被鎖死無法打開，聯繫前台，説酒店所有窗户都打不開，但因為有換氣設施，住着沒有憋悶的感覺。床舒適乾淨。WiFi速度慢。位置靠近市中心，步行30分鐘到火車站。酒店服務態度差，預付款住3晚，因家中有急事，衹住了兩晚，多次與酒店協商，酒店不給退剩下1晚的預付房費。

酒店設施很新，入住的感覺很好，很安靜不吵，酒店的早餐非常豐盛，服務人員的態度讓人覺得很舒服，下次還會再入住

We booked knowing there wasn't parking at the hotel, but we booked parking via the link from the confirmation email. This made the parking much cheaper than the actual price. Once we arrived at the hotel the check in was easy and we made our way to the room. The room was great, with a nice view and bath. The only downside of the room was the hot water took a lot of time to come through and the bath taps were the wrong way round. Once we'd worked that out, it was fine. We had a great night's sleep, like we usually do in a premier inn and went down to breakfast. This was all great, however my husband did struggle with the coffee machine! They had vegan sausages, but didn't have the vegan bacon. Everything else was readily available and tasty.

Great friendly staff happy to help very welcoming, There service was great Jp and Pat were very helpful on a busy wet weekend, we had coffees breakfast, Great location central, parking bit of an issue. But expected in city centre. Will stay again.

We just stayed 2 nights here and we were both happy with our stay. Checking in quick and hassle free, staff nice and friendly , forgot the young lady’s name but on Monday evening she was very helpful. Had a lovely nights sleep, I was worried there might be noise from the bus station but there wasn’t any. Very central to the city centre and car parks aren’t that far away. We’ve already booked again so definitely returning. The only negative was for 2 people sharing a room there was only 1 bath towel so had to chase more up

The hotel was average however Kim went out of her way to provide really good customer service. Thank you to the chef for the freshly cooked breakfast. The bed was quite comfortable but the room was hot. The hallways were a bit dark and creepy later on in the evening. Maybe some more lighting would make it feel safer.
