花了半小時入住，雖然態度很好 相當於國內漢庭，用具齊全但是都很老舊 浴缸加分，可惜花灑不可移動 暖氣很暖 但是不能定時 床墊很高 算是有支撐 網速很慢 太慢了，走廊和房間有黴味 9.5鎊的早餐比較一般，但是服務態度相當不錯，而且可以打包一份早餐走 有熱水壺和咖啡茶包也很加分

Without doubt the most disappointing Premier Inn I have stayed at. Stayed here 4 or 5 years ago and it was ok but now Desperately in need of an upgrade and some money spent on it. Boarded up Beefeater beside it is a bad start and does nothing for the image. Carpets and room desperately needed updated. Smallest TV I have ever come across in a hotel meant you were better off watching TV on an IPad even allowing for the poor WiFi. Room was so stuffy it was hard to sleep even though it wasn’t hot outside and the window could only be opened slightly. Plenty of parking but you need to register on arrival on a machine. Definitely one to avoid. The other Premier Inns in Derby are better.

Great premier inn hotel! They went out of their way to allow us to check in early before a wedding. Free parking is great too with lots of available spaces! Clean room and comfy bed. Decent breakfast with yogurts, pastries and English breakfast. Love that they had tea pots too. We would stay there again

Externally the building needs work as currently not very welcoming. Some staff members require training if on reception or in the social. They need to smile more and be more welcoming when entering it leaving and less of the grunting. If not on reception then there needs to be a way of contacting staff if required. Overall, the room was clean and tidy and the bed comfy. My 2nd night however was ruined with the bathroom fan not stopping and keeping me up the remainder of the night. No staff around on check out to speak to about it.

Would not stay at this hotel again. The locatiion is not great, the rooms are dark and dinghy with totally inadequate lighting, only suitable for occupation by vampires. The room felt dated and well worn, amd not very well equipped. Worst of all was the bathroom, very low water pressure, the water temperature was not particularly hot but would not run cold either, and the extractor fon was totally ineffective. The water tasted disgusting, made a cup of tea and coffee on arrival and had to pour both down the sink due to the awful taste, so unable to have any hot drink that evening, and had to use some bottled water we had with us for a drink in the morning. The only good thing about this hotel is that it has plenty of parking available, although we were not told that you need to register your car on a terminal in reception to avoid a charge. Overall, very poor

This is my go to place to stay when in the area it has everything you need for a lovely break. The new internal restaurant is great a very special mention to Hannah who is a credit to the staff and truly special. Highly recommended and will return really soon.

The customer service received from Sean, Hannah and Ami at Derby West (DE223HN) was phenomenal- they couldn’t do enough for us. Extremely professional and polite and truly made a hard week of business training enjoyable. I also have coeliac disease and Sean was incredibly helpful and Nelson the chef ensured he spoke to me to make me more comfortable as I can get food anxiety due to previous experiences. Thank you!

Tired rooms, overbath shower no grab handles,. I asked for a bath slip mat but the receptionist didn't know what l was talking about so didn't get one. I asked for the room to be cleaned but it didn't happen. I was told the staff were too busy. The place is in desperate need of refurbishment. Some of the staff couldn't care less and were not interested in helping. It's not helped outside by the boarded up Beefeater next door. Don't go.

Last minute stay, room was very comfortable with a bath and a shower available. All the staff were friendly and helpful, advised me to book online to save money Great nights sleep and good evening meal and breakfast at a reasonable price. Large well lit car park and convenient location made it a perfect stop over. Check out was noon so no rush in the morning

If booked ahead rooms here are very affordable and thankfully convenient for Mickleover - if you are going into the City Centre then it's 12 mins drive in moderate trafffic. We have been staying here for years and it's true a few of the rooms are yet to be modernized however the majority are very modern and comfortable. The Beefeater has closed but there is a little bar doing bar snacks and breakfast which is very cosy - all the staff from of desk and bar are really friendly.

We were visiting friends and so decided to stay at the premier inn. To be honest it is very tired and needs a lot of work and a big cash boost or something. The beefeater next door has shut and looks really bad so this doesn’t do anything for its image. The room was smelly and there were holes in the towels. Hair in the bath and on the bathroom mirror didn’t help. Thank god we only slept and got out as quickly as we could in the morning. We came back late at night on our second night and the staff were outside having a smoke break which you had to walk through. Would not recommend or stay here again. There are lots of other choices in and around derby.

Good stay, great location for Anfield as we came up for the game and had to drive as trains on strike ! Easy access back onto the motorway for the long drive back ! 10/15 mins into town as well, easy to get an uber not so easy to get a type of cab back from anfield !

I’ve always found this premier inn so welcoming. Lovely customer service and nothing is too much trouble. The two ladies who served our breakfast even packed my son’s remaining breakfast in a take-away box, so very kind. Highly recommend!

I booked here because it was close to the hospital, where my daughter and baby had been moved to. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff, the facilities in the room and how comfortable it was. The food for breakfast and dinner was perfectly acceptable though a fairly limited menu, but absolutely fine for what I needed. I will be staying several times over the coming weeks and it is great to know what to expect, to get a good night's sleep and a good breakfast! The manager Stuart was really helpful too 🙂
