Good for taking beautiful photos for the social media but rather poor user experience. Aesthetics of this place are good, some corners are really charming. Still it is the comfort that we value the most in a hotel as well as the quality service and unfortunately they are not at the same level of the aesthetics. The room is huge but there is no sofa or chairs to sit and chat comfortably, just the two enormous heavy armchairs in the opposite corners of this long room. No mini bar/fridge, very poor lighting at the wash basin, impossible to do makeup. Zero privacy in the wc and shower since there are no actual doors there, just some short saloon style doors hanging in the middle, letting out the water from the shower and odors from the toilet. No hangers for the towels. No bathrobes provided which is strange for the hotel who’s main entertainment facility is the outdoor pool. At the outdoor pool there are very few deck chairs and no umbrellas at all. The communication was poor, mostly over wechat, since the staff speaks basically no English. We have asked twice, in advance, about the vegetarian option for breakfast and still they brought us meat in the breakfast set (only Chinese style food is available). Altogether the experience was rather disappointing. Glad to have booked just one night there. As for the surroundings, there is no access to the bamboo forest behind the hotel or across the road. And beware of the aggressive unleashed dogs in the village across the road if you decide to go for a stroll near the hotel.

Beautiful location, you don’t have to leave the hotel as there is a pool, restaurant, games room and beautiful views. Peaceful. Rooms are beautifully decorated and big. The restaurant has limited but tasty food that changes daily - nice Chinese food! Perfect for a couple of days of complete relaxation!

What a wonderful surprise when we arrived to this place. The rooms are all different and very well decorated. The view of the mountains is terrific and the pool is perfect. The menu at the restaurant is not very long but everything we tasted was truly delicious. The staff went above and beyond to help us finding a driver, selecting locations to visit nearby, booking tables and answering questions we had from CDC. They shared their wechat contact at check in and they were very responsive. We had a wonderful stay, our kids too. We highly recommend this place.

The service was super attentive at this hotel, far better than most hotels I've stayed in. The pool was lovely and clean. The building and decor were creative and nicely done. And our room was very big and comfortable and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was quite good and generous, though it would be nice if they could add a little more variety from day to day (even just cooking the eggs a different way), and the sausage and bacon were definitely Chinese style. Our room also had no door whatsoever on the shower, which I don't understand. Maybe it was artistic, but is there really anyone who wouldn't vastly prefer to have some kind of door on the shower?

Art hotel is beautiful. The grounds are nice however the main road is is a little close. The service is exceptional, we had a person called Charlie help us through our whole stay and he was phenomenal especially in this more tricky times.

Beautiful rooms in a Beautiful setting. The pool is comfortable with some sun loungers. Limited restaurant choices but of high quality. Helpful staff.

Just one word I want to say, Amazing!

一家讓人驚艷的酒店！清明來杭州看劇，順便到莫干山小住兩天，原本想在莫干山感受的幽深的綠意，在山裡沒感受到（景點多少有些過度宣傳了…），卻在芝麻谷酒店裡完成了閉環。可以看出來這個酒店的設計很大膽也很用心，每個房間都有特有的設計風格，古典中式的、歐式的、美式的、東南亞風的、藏族風情的…選房間的時候眼花繚亂，要不是怕麻煩甚至一度想一天換一個風格住~整個酒店的前台接待區和餐廳被各種綠植、中古傢俱擺件以及有趣的雕塑畫作填滿，陽光透過精靈餐廳大大的落地窗撒進來，整個空間在極繁的風格中顯得錯落有致，如同位於東南亞。餐廳搭配的早餐和中餐廳的炒菜都不錯，服務員整體偏年輕，都是很可愛親切的小姐姐小哥哥。管家小玉很周到，主動幫忙拿行李、送東西到房間，介紹遊玩攻略等等，比個心~🩷店裡的貓貓狗狗都養的很好，在風景如畫的地方過着比我愜意的生活，狠狠羨慕了😭

超美的酒店 前台和餐廳超佈滿鮮花綠植，巨貴和貓貓怡然自得。庭院的大草坪點綴着玩偶，雙人床房間巨大很多沙發和椅子簡直可以開Party。餐廳的早餐和午餐都很好吃。 管家服務很到位，問寒問暖，任何問題24小時及時反饋。還會推薦旅遊景點和好吃的飯店。 已經迫不及待推薦朋友了。

哪兒、哪兒都滿意，也記不清來過幾次了，孩子大人都喜歡，一來到這裏就可以很放鬆的進入休假模式。早起打開窗鳥嗚入耳、餐廳、前台處處擺滿鮮花，工作人員各個年輕有朝氣，每個人臉上的微笑是發自內心的，完全不機械式，讓客人感受着真誠，服務也特別周到、響應速度實屬一流，雖然管家小陳調任雲南，但這次碰見個大眼晴美女特可愛，沒來得及問名字，總之就是笑的很甜，聲音也脆脆的，馬上迎來炎炎夏日，這裏的無邊泳池又要開始忙碌了，兒子也和我約好暑假的芝麻谷之行，真心希望你們越辦越好，這樣做為客人的我們就是最大的受害者！餐廳的飯飯漂亮可口，重要的事情説一下：寵物友好酒店哦！

非常漂亮的房間，酒店整體藝術氛圍濃郁～還有一衹可愛的巨貴狗狗叫肉包 從停車場、前台、搬行李的小哥和管家、入住後的管家小玉服務都很驚喜，管家會在睡前和起床後都關心需不需要補充的東西，需不需要雨傘，非常貼心～ 早餐的配置也很不錯，營養搭配很均衡。酒店自帶的餐廳正餐也很美味，值得打卡一下

非常滿意，房間太有設計感了，每個房間進去就是拍拍拍，都好好看！本來還覺得怎麼沒有預訂一個樓上的房間，結果住了才發現一樓太方便了，對着草坪視野特別好，窗户拍出去綠綠一片！服務也很棒，每一位都是很熱情，幫我們拿行李還送上車，酒店有很多狗狗和貓咪，小朋友很喜歡，就是草坪容易有夠便便，有些客人不去清理。總之很滿意！

非常好的酒店，房間內、酒店外以及餐廳設計都非常美，很有情調和品味，不愧是得過獎的設計👍，不管是獨自旅行還是情侶或家庭出行，入住這裏都錯不了 另外酒店的服務也非常好，入住前已經遊玩幾天，積攢的不少臟衣服，入住後管家娟娟幫忙借到洗衣液，還幫忙把衣服拿去烘乾，全程服務都很好，點贊👍 還有兩點十分重要的是餐廳的菜也都很好吃，配得上酒店的設計和服務，房間內床墊和枕頭也十分舒適好睡，總之五星推薦！

五一和家人一起來莫干山旅遊，選擇的芝麻谷，因為不是自駕所以在民宿內度過了大部分時光 民宿裏面設施完善，員工服務態度特別好，每天都有手作活動以及電影放映可以享受和家人共處的時光 員工會關心每一個小細節，在民宿餐廳吃了兩頓正餐兩頓早飯都很滿意，店裡的莫幹精釀啤酒也很好喝哈哈哈哈哈 民宿內的貓貓狗狗都特別萌特別温順超好擼 非常推薦大家來莫干山的時候選擇這裏
