We really enjoyed our few days here. The house was warm and comfortable, breakfast was very good, and the WeChat butler service was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. We would stay again.

A wonderful staycation in Moganshan! We had a really enjoyable break and celebrated our son’s birthday there. We received excellent service from all the staff and they even prepared a gift for the birthday boy! They assigned us an English concierge, named 度假管家李聪 who was incredibly kind and helpful. He communicated with us frequently and treated us as old friends. We will definitely visit Senbo Resort again!

Very enjoyable family vacation. The hotel is clean and well staffed. Whenever we had a question it was answered quickly. Plenty to do but just be aware you need to pay for most activities.

Came from Shanghai with the family, it's an easy drive. It's a great place for a weekend escape, everything is there for the kids to be happy. It's not cheap but we had great fun

Room is small. Furniture is a bit old. Most people take kids to their two amusement parks. For this much money, better stay in a better room in another hotel and come here to buy amusement park tickets.

the villa is located in a huge resort surounded by mountains and forest. the villa itself cozy and the view is wild ,seperated from other bungalows so it is great to cut yourself from the people. Inside the villa, the standard is Ok even if the toilet room smelt and there was a leakage on one of the window. The bed is comfy but the pillows not really. However when it comes to services, there is plenty of room for improvements (especially for this price). even if we got a personal assistant. no possibility to book the restaurant or breakfast in advance. So often there is a long queue.

We have just enjoyed a wonderful 2 nights. The water park was the absolute highlight for my 6 year old daughter. The room was warm and clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The vegetarian options were limited for us but vacation housekeeper 小陈 went above and beyond to ensure we were well cared for, even arranging a food delivery for us. Overall a great experience. Would highly recommend to anyone with young children

Everything was great !!! the facilities to the food.. The tram transport on site came quickly. The Tea house was wonderful on the lake. The mountain top restaurant called "cloud" had a great view and excellent food. The master plan of the resort and the architecture were in keeping with this ecological resort

We just came back from three nights at Senbo. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I can’t praise them enough. They contacted us on Wechat prior to our stay and even made a helpful group to assist us with anything we needed. They really made our holiday great! The cabin was one of the cleanest places I have stayed. It was spotless! It was a beautiful location set right on the lake and close enough for us to walk back to the main hotel where the swimming pool and restaurant are. We had so much fun at the soft playground (my three year old didn’t want to leave) and the indoor pool is absolutely huge. I think it’s impossible to get bored (even though a lot of outdoor activities were closed as it’s winter). I’d like to come back in the summer to try these. My favourite was the mini farm where we could hold rabbits, ferrets, snakes, a mini pig and feed the alpaca! We also ventured up the mountain late afternoon which was beautiful. The food was great the first day we arrived but we soon realized that we had exhausted all the things we like on the menu pretty quickly. Some of the food wasn’t to our taste, but we expect that with being completely spoiled for choice in Shanghai. The rainforest restaurant for breakfast was nice and there was lots of choice. Also glad that there was a Costa coffee for an afternoon pick me up. I would advise you bring your favourite snacks if you are partial to anything in particular. Also be careful to note the restaurant opening times as one day we missed lunch and we’re left without any food options! I wouldn’t advise ordering in as the hotel is too far from any decent restaurants. I think it would be great if there was more than one choice of restaurant for lunch and dinner. We got a bit bored at the end. One thing I was surprised at was that there was no free or discounted concessions for guests meaning we had to pay full price for the pool, playground, farm etc which I would expect as the cabin was not cheap. Overall we had a lovely time. A good mixture of relaxing and having fun! I would definitely return for a quick getaway. We did have the bonus of it being next to empty as we came the first week in January midweek! It might be a lot busier on a weekend or around holidays. Thankyou Senbo!!

An excellent resort for a holiday with Kids. Facilities are new and good. Staff is very warm, welcoming and helpful all the time. Only addition can be food options which are quite limited. There are only 2 restaurants of which one serves a buffet and other is ala Carte but price wise is little expensive.
