The property is located in prime location. All the staffs of the hotel is very nice and helpful. Room is clean. Lift facility is well. Restaurant food is delicious and tasty.

staff : 8/10
room : 5/10 check in check out : smooth 8/10 review : rooms available in all formates single, double, triple and 4 beda room gives more comfortable. Suggestion: need to work a lot on house keeping. Room cleaning and bathroom. Overall, hotel is very good.

Main door lock was defective. After inserting key and trying several times it was being opened, sometime i have to call the room service to open the door. There was a hole on the celing of the bathroom.

Property location is in the heart of city. Facing no problems in the hotel since five of us are all senior. Citizens. Lift is there and hotel is cleaned. Food quality and price in the restaurant is. Very good. For further improvement
electric kettle with tea/coffee kits in the room is suggested.
