fabulous stay. room was neat and clean and the staff were very pleasant to talk to. plus the main benefit is hotel's proximity to the baba baidyanath dham temple.

Service is too poor. Even, they didn't check any id proof. It's really very bad, as it can create the safety issue in the property. The room is okay, but no service is there. No any arrangement of food is there. Even, they don't have any cutleries. Overall, not recommended property

2 rooms were booked 102 and 103, only one room had water geyser. The location of hotel is only positive point. There is huge difference in room prices per day via make my trip and actual direct booking. With make-my trip, the charges are more than double.

The room is different from the picture and room service is very poor & there is cockroach in toilet & the room very poor dirty hotel!

Tap of washroom was leaking water regularly but one cared of this inconvenience. But still our stay was to the level of good enough

It's a good stay in budget. Near to baba dham just 300 mts away. Rooms are good and spacious. Staff are helpful

Breakfast is terrible; they need to improve their breakfast menu. They said breakfast would be ready from 7:30 am, but it wasn't even ready by 8:30 am. It's really frustrating for those who have a 9:00 am flight, and the hotel doesn't even have a clue about the breakfast situation.

But i feel the owner should make a life very soon. Without lift it is very difficult for senior citizens and aged people to use stairs
