Avoid This Hotel – Zero Compassion for Guests in Emergencies
I had a reservation for 3 nights at this hotel but was unable to check in because my flight was canceled due to a severe winter storm. Despite providing proof of the flight cancellation and the uncontrollable circumstances, the hotel refused to reimburse me or offer any form of assistance.
This level of inflexibility and lack of empathy is unacceptable, especially in situations beyond a guest's control. Travelers need accommodations that understand the unpredictability of travel, not establishments that prioritize profits over people.
If you value customer service and peace of mind, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This hotel clearly doesn’t care about its guests once they have your money.
