THANK YOU!! I had the wonderful opportunity to stay at the By the Sea B&B in Dennis Port, MA for the Memorial Day weekend. I went with 3 other families and we all really enjoyed it. This lovely B&B is located right on the beach, so after enjoying a home made breakfast , we slipped out the door right onto the beach. Our room was spotless and comfortable and the beds super comfy. I slept through the night all weekend and awoke feeling refreshed. Everyone who works there is so pleasant and really made us feel welcome. The location is centrally located on the cape which allowed for easy day trips to the neighboring towns. I highly recommend and am so glad to have found this gem. I surely will be returning!

We stayed only one night to visit our daughter who lives in the area. We LOVE this place. Tom was incredibly accommodating to our needs and very knowledgeable about the area. It’s situated right on a beautiful beach and has amazing views. We were unable to take advantage of the breakfast, but from everything else we saw/experienced I am confident it would have been top notch! We will definitely return!

The cutest seaside bnb. My husband and I stayed here for two nights in October so we could visit Cape Cod for the first time. The view is breahtaking and peaceful. The room we chose was small, but perfect for our needs and had a partial ocean view. We opened the window and listened to the waves crash every night. They cooked us a delicious breakfast in the morning and gave us recommendations of where to go. It was not busy at all when we were there during the week, which made it even more pleasant. It's very centrally located in Dennis and never took us more than five minutes to get anywhere. Loved this place!

We stayed at" The Yellowtail House" it is part of by the Sea. We had an amazing experience. We were in town for our Son's Wedding and having 5 bedrooms and a private beach was fantastic. It was so cozy and comfortable. Tom helped us with our reservations and stay. He's the nicest man you will ever meet.

Outstanding place to stay! We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel and location! Staff was so great to work with! Clean 2 bedroom air conditioned suite with everything you need. We loved the Beach access where chairs and towels are provided. Truly a wonderful experience for our family! Thank you!

By the Sea Guests Bed and Breakfast is an amazing stay for couples and families! This was my second year staying with my husband and truly enjoyed every moment of it! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming providing top notch services and a great ambiance of the Cape! The best part of this entire stay is the daily breakfast on the beach - Literally on the beach with an amazing view every morning. We look forward to our 2025 vacation here and may be back in the fall just to enjoy it one last time! ＜3Margarita & Timothy

We absolutely loved our recent stay at By the Sea! The beds were comfy and we looked forward to seeing Maria every morning at breakfast which was always delicious!!!!! I am seriously craving Morning Glory muffins! We Loved the whole family vibe! Tom was fantastic and always took good care of us and gave us straight up great advice! Erin was a delight and we always enjoyed chatting with Jack. You can't beat the views from the Breakfast sunrooom! Or just step out and dig your toes in the sand! We are already talking about returning next summer! We felt sad to leave, like we were leaving family!

Perfect location for our 1st visit to Cape Cod , beautiful spot right on the beach , just a shame to have to drive out to restaurants. Bedrooms have everything you could need , there was no lift which could be difficult . Breakfast was adequate . Would stay again .

Stayed at the Beach House. Was near many places but do quiet!!! This was the perfect location for our adult kids, their spouses and our grandchild. It is literally on the beach. Very clean, roomie, 2 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, many beds. Having the windows open at night was heavenly. It was very quiet. No need to drive to the beach and pay large parking fees. This was perfect for us. Can’t wait to go again in the future.
