Overall it was a pleasant stay. Location was very central to many highlights of Cape Cod. Being right on the beach and able to catch a gorgeous sunrise was amazing. We are a family of 5 and space wasn’t conducive - with couch pulled out, very little seating, minimal cooking facilities and dining table was high top with only 4 chairs. Kids loved pool/hot tub but they were in need of maintenance (scum on pool tiles and staining in hot tub).

Great Getaway
Great stay. Beautiful location. Enjoyed flavored coffees. Room very clean. This is second time staying here and hope to return.

The hotel was very clean, grounds were extremely nice the view was fantastic.There was some construction (maintenance) going on but nothing unusual for this time of year to get ready for summer 03/2025. Want to stay here again. Only thing is they should have a restaurant somewhere in the hotel.
Wheelchairs can maneuver in the rooms but not overly wheelchair friendly but manageable. They also need to put in an elevator for handicap patrons to rent second floor rooms and not hoping that they have a first floor room available. Not to much thought went into wheelchair patrons.

We stayed here in February, so it was very quiet. It's also very cold and windy. The fireplace in the unit was a nice touch, though the overall suite is quite cold, especially the floor. The views of the ocean are spectacular. There are many nice touches here like the grill area and the outside pool oceanside (great for warm months!). The coffee machine in the lobby is fun.

Great beachfront hotel
Great beachfront hotel. Despite multiple reviews stating some of the rooms were outdated, we found our room to be in great condition and the decor to be very nice. The overall hotel was very clean and walkable. Unfortunately in the winter the weather didn't allow much time outside but we will return at some point in the future during the summer.

Property shows rooms with views. Club members given priority when assigning rooms(as per desk clerk who explained this to myself as well as another ******* reservationholder) Sorry ******* customers you can expect a pool structure wall and chlorine smell from the pool Outside your rooms.
When we needed help from maintenance the first day there and first time flushing a toilet(clogged drain) snaking of drain was done and mess (dirty plunger from under the sink, as well as spatter on floor and toilet left for us to clean up with whatever we could find in the unit. Plunger under sink should have been a clue for us that this happens often. Staff seems more interested in catering to vacation club members and just uses ******* to fill empty unsellable rooms to help their bottom line. Save yourself the ulcer and find another property If your not a timeshare holder or vacation club members.

This was a great location for our anniversary weekend. We had a room that was oceanfront. It was perfect! The only problem was that you could hear the people walking around in the room above us at all hours! It was very loud! If it weren't for the soothing sound of the ocean, I might have been more bothered. Also, the heating unit in our kitchen did not work.
