Actually the room is clean, only some walls are stained, no toiletries provided, the reception floor are full with insects and dust, the best part is you get free airport transfer back and forth, not bad for a night transit in KL. You can mail the hotel or whatsapp +********** for the driver to pick you up.

This hotel is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The location is terrible—far from everything, with no shops or amenities nearby. The hotel is dirty, the smell is unbearable, and the food is extremely unhygienic. Communication is also a big issue as the staff can only speak Indian languages, not English, Malay, or Chinese. Don’t be fooled by any pictures—avoid this hotel at all costs!
