Their kind gesture and good attitude will go a long way to the people of Nigeria Africa and to my loving family. Their breakfast was wonderful and impressive. Sonam mathur in the restaurant was very kind, professional and talented, she talks to customers beautifully and her services are impressive. The hotel is secured ,clean and safe for family. We recently stayed at Rose Mallow and had a disappointing experience due to the behavior of the manager, Jitendrabhai. While the hotel's facilities are undoubtedly excellent, the manager's conduct left a lot to be desired. He took a very personal tone when addressing our concerns and failed to provide proper answers about the hotel's policies and SOPs, which themselves seemed substandard. What stood out negatively was his attitude—he spoke loudly and strictly, making us feel like students being scolded by a teacher rather than valued guests. Such behavior is unacceptable in the hospitality industry, and it greatly impacted our overall experience. Although the hotel itself is great, the manager's approach makes it difficult to consider returning or recommending it to others. We hope the management takes corrective action to ensure this kind of experience isn’t repeated for future guests.

All are good. Good room, and bathroom, am suggested for families. Good service near by metro and railway station

We have booked the hotel almost one month before and payment also done on the same day. But when we tried to check in the hotel people said that there is no booking and the makemytrip booking was already cancel-led without any intimation. When we conducted customer care later they arranged an equivalent hotel named hotel centrum which was so pathetic. Very bad service from makemytrip

Thank you for your hospitality! Clean and neat hotel. Nice staff. Delicious food. There are options for European breakfast. But there is a loud noise from the street, and you can hear the neighbours. Nevertheless, for a stop, it is quite possible to consider

Stay was good room was comfortable but bathroom was not clean it was smelly and taps also were not working properly.
